Pros: Location is perfect (the beach is nearby as well as a grocery store). Very accessible by the public transport. The apartment has a nice terrace

Pros: The apartment was in a nice neighborhood, just 3 mins to the beach and has a trainstation right infront which takes you to the old town. It was clean and had three balconies. Parking included and good communication with the owner.

Cons: We didnt find any cutlery and check out was a bit complicated. We wanted to leave early but she asked us to wait until 11 until the girl arrives, however she still was late and only then she allowed us to leave.. bed was a sofa so not veeery comfortable but was okay. All in all a very nice stay!

The best accommodation available in Nice

Pros: The best accommodation available in Nice. It is right in front of the tram station, so transportation is very convenient. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The city center is close at 10 minutes by tram or 20 minutes on foot. The owners and staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. I'm not proficient in French, but the staff spoke Spanish and Italian and used English as a translator. It made check-in and check-out easy. The accommodation was pleasant, and the toilet and shower facilities were clean. There are two pretty terraces. There is also a kitchen facility, so I made simple meals. You can easily go up and down with an elevator. Thanks to this accommodation, I had a very happy vacation in Nice. thank you

Pros: Really lovely apartment with 2 fantastic balconies, one more in the middle day sun the other givs you sun at dinner time. Easy to get to and from the airport when the train stops 70 meters from the apartment and its only one street from the beach so easy to go to and from along the day. The host was really nice and great treatment, easy to ask questions threwout my week there. If im going back, this is where im gonna stay

Pros: Sehr sauber, 3 Balkone, Tiefgarage, gute Ausstattung,, gute Kommunikation. Bahnstation direkt vor dem Gebäude. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Super Bäckerei unter dem Gebäude.

Cons: Das Bett war eigentlich das Sofa und nicht optimal geeignet. Laute Jugendliche draußen bis weit in die Nacht, man sollte nicht geräuschempfindlich sein.

All in all it was a nice vacation and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Good location, everything at walking distance: tramway 2 which is a direct line from Airport to Port and Old City/Jean Medecin, five minutes to the Promenade des Anglais, groceries, restaurants. The building is clean and safe and the studio was nice and clean, with three balconies where you can have your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

Cons: The studio was advertised as having a dishwasher and washing machine but unfortunately we were informed upon arrival that they don’t work, so just plan accordingly if you decide to rent this place, especially if coming with kids. We would have also liked to have more towels for the 10 days. We also had some problems with the internet and it took two days to get it fixed because it happened in the weekend.

Pros: Отличное расположение квартиры,5 минут и ты на море.Приятная девушка Катя которая нас встретила .И Очень добрые хозяева всегда на связи.Квартира уютная все что надо для удобства есть ,кровать удобная , телевизор отлично так как я люблю смотреть через Ютуб круто мне понравилось.Кондиционер спасение было в такую жару.Жалюзи в квартире это тоже круто . удобно что есть ещё гараж подземный для машин.Магазины рядом трамвай рядом 2 остановки и ты в центре.

Pros: Posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla Promenade, con la fermata del tram ancora più vicina, il tutto in un palazzo molto elegante ed organizzato. Il piccolo appartamento è arredato con gusto ed ha tre balconi che lo rendono luminosissimo. Davvero un piacevole soggiorno

Cons: Nulla. Solo a livello di consiglio per l’host, si potrebbe pensare ad un armadio/appendiabiti più capiente di quello che c’è attualmente.

Da rifare di sicuro anche con la famiglia

Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia, libera con docce gratis ( per noi italiani è un miraggio) al tram, servizi.

Cons: Purtroppo sono entrati in auto ( nonostante telecamere nel parcheggio) e hanno rubato pochi spiccioli ( 5,00), tabacco e cartine per le sigarette. A Nizza non riciclano nulla eccetto il vetro.
