Pros: great location and a tram a minute walk from the flat. there is also a great boulangerie right under the flat which is a great spot for breakfasts and quick lunches. Catalina the host was also great and kind to accommodate a 30mins late checkout.

Cons: Nothing that wasn't manageable.

Pros: L'emplacement, tram et boulangerie au pied. La place de parking en sous sol. La sécurité du lieu. La boîte à clés. L'échange avec la propriétaire. Le confort de la literie.

Cons: Pas de sièges confortables pour regarder TV.

Pros: Ottima posizione, posto auto e host eccellente! Super disponibile e molto precisa nelle indicazioni per arrivare all’appartamento !

Cons: Nulla da segnalare

Bon séjour dans un quartier sympa et un appartement bien situé.

Pros: Appartement bien placé. Procédure d'accueil claire et détaillée. Grande terrasse. Hôte réactive. Place de parking privée

Cons: Manque de certains ustensiles de cuisine. Porte vitrée coulissante endommagée.

Alloggio economico comodo

Pros: La proprietaria gentile e disponibile ci siamo contattati più volte. Comodo il parcheggio in garage privato sotterraneo. Stabile molto sicuro con chiusure automatizzate. Zona comoda noi ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi ma volendo c'è anche il tram proprio sotto casa..pasticceria proprio sotto casa Appartamento piccolino ma funzionale.

Cons: Mobilio un pochino datato, cuscini non molto comodi e abbiamo avuto dei problemi con temperature e insetti risolti dalla proprietaria.

Très bien sous le soleil en prime.

Pros: Très bonne localisation de la location avec surtout une place de parking sécurisée.

Pros: Die Lage ist hervorrragend, die Catalina hat alles ausführlich erklärt, sogar Videos geschickt, wie wir alles finden. Sie ist auch sofort erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen.

Cons: es hat für uns alles gepasst

Pros: Super Lage, Tiefgarage für Fahrzeuge. Nähe Strand, Bäckerei unten, einkaufen in der Nähe, jederzeit wieder.

Cons: Unbequemen Kissen

Pros: Sehr gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung, die Haltestelle der Tram, die zum Flughafen fährt, ist direkt vor der Tür. Bis zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Minuten. Catalina hat mich vor der Anreise mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt. Sie ist sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und ist wegen eines Problems, das ich hatte, sofort gekommen.

Cons: Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön.

Sehr zentral, hat auch alles was man braucht!

Pros: Sehr zentral, 30sek zur Haltestelle, 5min zum Strand, 3min zum nächsten Laden, 1min zur Bäckerei (im gleichen Gebäude unten!), grosse Tarasse mit super Sitzmöglichkeit.

Cons: Aufgrund der Lage ist die Wohnung stark der Sonne ausgesetzt, bisschen heiss im Sommer. Am Wochenende ist Nizza ziemlich laut, die ganze Nacht durch, das hört man leider in der Wohnung, ist allerdings nicht Problem der Wohung selbst sondern generell der Stadt.
