Lovely stay for us

Pros: We were great by local staff called Michael...extremely friendly guy. Easy to approach and provide great information to us. Location was great as well. Like one minute walk from metro. Easy access to beach, to town. Apartment was really cozy, have everything that we needed. Alberto the owner was very friendly as well. He checked with us after first night how was our night. We told me A bit chill in the night and he provide a mini heater to us that day, great gesture. Would highly recommend and if I ever come to Nice again I will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Couldn't think of any.

Pros: This apartment is a delight. We were a couple but we expected colleagues who had to drop out, so two bedrooms is very suitable. The apartment is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The whole building is very clean and the lift is efficient. It needs to be as the apartment is on the tenth floor, which gives a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea from the balcony. Very nearby is an excellent Carrefour, a very good quality boulangerie and of course the tram which can take you to the centre in a few minutes or to and from the airport in the other direction. I should finally mention that our hosts were very helpful and cooperative. Also the airport conditioning works well.

Pros: Alberto is an excellent host. He provided detailed information prior to our arrival, which made the self check-in very easy. The apartment was in an excellent location and was immaculate. You could see the attention to detail in the wide range of items provided, from the kitchen to the bathroom and laundry. The AC in the bedroom worked very well. Located on the 10th floor, it was quiet and offered great views from the balcony. The few residents we met were courteous and polite. Alberto kept in touch and responded promptly whenever needed. The apartment felt like a home away from home—comfortable and secure. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to the Promenade des Anglais, with restaurants and supermarkets conveniently close by. You can also catch the tram just across the road. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our one week there. We will not hesitate to come again the next time we are in Nice.

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement placé, à proximité de l'aéroport et du centre-ville (très pratique en tramway), et à deux pas de la promenade des Anglais. La vue est très dégagée (vue sur mer) car l'appartement est au 10e et dernier étage. Les commerces sont en bas de l'immeuble. Il ne manquait rien dans l'appartement (tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, quantité de capsules de café, produits de base, shampoing et savon, etc., ce qui est vraiment appréciable.). Alberto et Michael étaient très disponibles et très prévenants. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un temps splendide. Nous reviendrons l'été !

Pros: Appartement très bien situé avec belle vue sur la mer et transport en commun (et boulangerie) au pied de l immeuble. Accueil et explications des hôtes parfaits.

Pros: We really enjoyed the our stay at the apartment. The living room/kitchen is spacious and modern, the facilities and furniture is in great shape and the kitchen area is well equipped. The bedroom is a little more cramped but still big enough. The building is conveniently located next to the tram line which runs to the city center/harbor. The view from the balcony is amazing, overlooking the city and the sea from the 10th floor. So perfect for that Croissant et cafe au lait breakfast :D The communication with Alberto and Michael was really friendly and they offered helpful insights on the neighborhood (bakeries/shops/restaurants) and the city. Something to consider if you like soft beds - the mattress is a firm boxspring type and may not be for everyone.

Cons: Getting to the flat from nice main station involves some walking/change of tram line, however that's true for all hotels/apartments at the further parts of the promenade.

Pros: Good location with a tram stop and patisserie immediately outside and a small supermarket over the road. It is one road back from the beach which was also great. The pictures on the website were an accurate reflection of the apartment. The kitchen was well-enough equipped that you could cook. We didn't need the work from home option, but one of the rooms having a murphy bed is probably a massive advantage for some people. The air conditioning was helpful as we visited in August. The host communicated well in advance and sent detailed instructions about how to find and get into the apartment. He was also very responsible when I had some queries once we had arrived. Having a washing machine and airer meant we could travel just with hand luggage which was a big advantage.

Cons: I was travelling with teenage children so, for me, the main disadvantage was the security access (which lots of people may think is an advantage). You can't get to the door of the apartment without having the one set of keys (RFID access into the building and then into the lift area). This mean the 3 of us couldn't really go back to the apartment separately as we were locked out of the whole building unless we had the keys. I realise this is normal for residential apartments in cities. I guess I hadn't considered it for holiday accommodation. My mistake.
