Great location, spacious apartment.

Pros: The location was perfect. The host was super responsible and very flexible. The apartment was very spacious and easily able to accommodate 5 colleagues attending a conference in Nice.

Would return again if with gang in Nice.

Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Goodies in fridge appreciated.

Cons: Could have done with a couple of mirrors in bedrooms😀. Otherwise, all great.

Pros: The property owners were very attentive and flexible. Very spacious apartment for family of 6 in central location. In walking distance of old port, old town and Promenade des Anglais. Beside 2 trams. Direct tram from in Airport less than 30 minutes away. Apartment very clean and comfortable.

Excellent place to stay with group of friends

Pros: Fantastic location close to the old town. Great to have a terrace! Plenty of room for us 8 friends. Florence was easy to communicate with and the flat was clean and had most things you need when it comes to kitchen utensils for eating breakfast at home. Very good value for money!

Cons: It didn’t really bother us but it’s a little bit worn and the AC was good in all bedrooms except the big one.

A lovely apartment for Nice

Pros: The host was very friendly & accommodating. the location is perfect for exploring Nice Old Town, local attractions and access to public transport. The apartment is large, spacious and has a terrace for al fresco eating & relaxing.

Cons: The air con was not strong enough for the weather (mid 20c’s) so it was a bit warm. A couple of the beds had thin mattresses. Broken shower door and missing door for en-suite bathroom.

Spacious and clean

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Excellent location, just a short walk into Old Town and then a little further to the beach. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Kitchen was also clean, but there weren't that many supplies (we couldn't find a cutting board). Overall fantastic, modern and clean apartment, great for a big group trip.

The perfect stay

Pros: Apartment was very clean and the host was exceptionally receptive and flexible. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and had a lovely terrace we could access as well as big windows/doors in every room to have fresh air. Kitchen was fully fitted - I was really surprised and impressed. Photos don't do it justice.

Cons: Just that we were very conscious of noise with neighbours - quite hard to be relatively quiet when you're a large group. It's a great apartment if you're out of the house a lot. But not great if you intend on being in the house for hours

Pros: Location is great, very safe and convenient! We traveled in a group of 8 friends, but apartment was spacious enough, comfortable with everything we needed. The terrace is divine and we have spent all the time there.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Der Checkin hat ganz reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumt und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Die Terrasse ist leider etwas lieblos gestaltet und könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen.
