Pros: Апартаменты превзошли все ожидания! Квартира очень чистая, уютная и полностью соответствует описанию. Расположение отличное: до моря всего несколько минут пешком, поблизости множество красивых ресторанов. Транспортная развязка очень удобная — автобусные остановки рядом, можно легко добраться как до центра, так и в соседние города. Особое впечатление произвела хозяйка — невероятно доброжелательная и внимательная, всегда готова помочь и ответить на вопросы. Благодаря этому отдых прошёл максимально комфортно. Смело рекомендую это жильё всем, кто планирует отдых в Ницце Вернёмся ещё 100% С уважением Hanna и Serhii

Pros: Ubicación, a 1 cuadra del mar. Edificio con mucha seguridad!! Parking en el mismo lugar ( de pago ) , supermercado a 1 cuadra. Tram a 1 cuadra q te llevaba al centro en 15 minutos . Inmejorable! Muy recomendable

Cons: La falta de algunos elementos en la cocina : tostador , juguera . La vajilla era una mezcla de distintos gustos, faltaban platos de postre , cucharas de postre .

Perfect vocation

Pros: The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring Nice. The metro station is just nearby, and there’s a bus stop on the next street. The Promenade des Anglais is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is not very big, but it’s cozy and comfortable, with a balcony facing the inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet. There are several shops in the area, including Mattera Boulangerie, where we got everything we needed for breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
