Pros: It's very close to the train Station, tram line and shops all within 10minute walk, which gives you easy access to the city as you can imagine you will here the train but it just sounds like a nice rolling thunder in the distance, I liked it but that's just me You can also walk to most of the major attractions in 30min or so. The loft has everything you need to cook. This was great for me as I was on a budget Christine was Lovely When my train was delayed over and over again and I ended up arriving after 7pm, we were still able to organise an easy check in time
Cons: I really liked the place but I think it's important to note that It's a loft, and can get pretty low in places. For context I'm 170cm (5'7) I hit my head at least 5 times. So I wouldn't recommend it for people who are tall or lack mobility

Pros: Very friendly hosts, easy communication. We could check in early and check out late. Central location, close to the station and an excellent bakery. Nice and clean, quiet, heating comfortable. Be careful not to bump your head!

Romantic place
Pros: Wonderful location, wonderful host! Christine was very kind, checked us in early, gave us very useful instructions for our visit to Nice! It has all the amenities! A small, romantic place! However, it is good to come with an attitude for that!

Pros: Amazing host, she welcomed us warmly and everything was ready for us. Apartment is clean, equipped and in the perfect location.
Cons: It is not for tall person :) ceilings are very low. But it is just friendly recommendation for potential guests.

Pros: Great location – everything is close and convenient. The train station is just around the corner, which made trips to Monaco, Eze Village and Villefranche-sur-Mer very easy. The host was very helpful and flexible, really went out of her way for us. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed. Perfect place to stay in Nice, I definitely recommend it!

The loft was perfect for our stay.
Pros: The hostess was wonderful, she met us at the property and showed us the loft, also gave us lots of recommendations for things to do in Nice. The Loft was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed!!
Cons: Hit our heads a few times on the ceiling and the shower is quite low (belly height) but that was to be expected when booking a loft!

In general, a good peaceful stay in Nice
Pros: The owner is excellent. She was there to meet us on arrival and handed over the keys with clear instructions
Cons: The steep stairways into the house is quite a challenge to manoeuvre. I did not have much problem with them, but I guess many people less abled could find serious difficulties with the stairs.

Pros: Great location, quick walk to everything you could need. Christine was a fantastic host and gave us many good recommendations on the area.
Cons: Don’t stay here if you are tall. You will bump you’re head on the roof/beams a lot

Pros: The host Christine was very welcoming and friendly, and even gave us some tips on what to do and see in Nice and restaurants worth visiting. It really made us feel welcome and appreciated. The apartment is very cosy and quite spacious despite the low ceiling. It was very clean and well equipped, and would have been perfect even for a longer stay. The location is great, very close to tram and train stations and also within walkable distance of the city's main attractions.
Cons: Not for tall people, I'm 167cm tall and I've bumped my head on the beams more often than I'd like to admit.

Overall, the price/quality ratio is good, but there are some nuances that should be clarified.
Pros: close to the station, there is everything in the kitchen that is necessary for life and cooking
Cons: The railway is noisy and the walls are shaking, you can only sleep with earplugs. the studio is under the roof, and you have to go up the stairs, which are very narrow and curved, this is a challenge especially if you have luggage or are wearing heels. The ceilings are sloping, only in the middle of the room can you stand up to your full height, in other places of the apartment I walked half-bent, accidentally hitting my head. In the bathroom you can't straighten up normally when taking a shower, it's quite uncomfortable
