Charmant studio tout proche du port

Pros: Very good location at the port close to the old town. There are many shops in the area. The airport tram is 3 minutes away. The host was very helpful.

Cons: One thing that is negative is that there is only a mobile air conditioner in the apartment which cannot cool the room. It was extremely hot at night. And if you open the window there is noise from the street.

Pros: Great location, very clean and beautiful apartment . Olivier was really nice and helpful.

Pros: A cozy little studio at 5 min walking to tram2 heading to the airport, in a historical building well kept. Any restaurant, bus stop or supermarket at 5 min walking distance, la Prom at 15 min. The studio is a little gem, Olivier, the owner,thought about everything, it's one of the few b&b in France with bed and a comfy mattress; you have a rack for drying clothes, coffee machines, microwave, a very effective ceramic cooktop, a spacious fridge, cutlery, etc. The bathroom is incredibly spacious given the overall living space. But the biggest asset of the property is the human factor-both the owner, Olivier, and his PA, John, are pros of hospitality, two kind and caring persons; even far from Nice, Olivier kept us posted about everything, welcoming us as if he was there. I consider this aspect as the most important thing-a good human communication is better than a palace.

Cons: Not related to the studio-the heatwave and the humidity during our stay...hard to sleep even with a fan or a AC on now and then, given the fact you can't open the window because the street is quite noisy at night. And the elevator...painfully slow and claustrophobic.

Pros: Location was so convenient to visit everything, so near the port, 10 min walk to Old city. Every bus to visit other city was very reachable by walk. On house, you have everything that might be needed during the stay. The bed was so comfortable.

Great location and good communication regarding check-in process.

Cons: Nespresso-type coffee machine would have been nice to have.

Buzzy and quiet

Pros: Local boulangerie recommended by host and easy transport connections to explore Nice and around.

Pros: The Host, Olivier, has been the more kind person known via Booking. The flat is in a really central position closer to Place Garibaldi full of Bars, Clubs and Nightlife. Closer to Port of Nice perfect to take boat and visit St.Tropez and Cannes! Great!

Pros: Olivier was the perfect host and we LOVED the location of the apartment and yet it was peaceful too. A very reasonable price. We will definitely come back.

Cons: The bed is fold down but it wasn’t really a bother for us.

Great apartment with everything you need

Pros: The apartment is located in a very convenient location. Nice Riquire train station is easy to walk to - just 1.1 km. It is easy to come from the airport by tram (line 2) - from the tram to the apartment on foot 5 min. Bus stops are also very close, no more than 5 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Attractions, shops and restaurants are close to the apartment. And Olivier gives us very valuable tips and directions for sightseeing. If we ever go to Nice again, this will definitely be our favorite place to stay! Definitely recommend!

Cons: The noise from the street and surrounding restaurants can be disturbing when the window is open. There is no air conditioner in the apartment, but there is a ventilator.
