Pros: A very nice apartment with open nice kitchen and a nice terrace with a nice view. I would really recommend to stay here 😊

Spacious apartment in fantastic location

Pros: Extremely spacious apartment...fantastic location directly across the road from Alsace Lorraine tram stop.One double bedroom..one twin bedroom..2 large sofas one of which was a large double pull out bed. Very secure apartment with 2 coded gates to access building The communal areas of the building was very clean and always fresh smelling

Cons: Only one key and not possible to get another.We were a group of friends and it was very inconvenient having only one key as we were all coming and going at different times throughout the week.A lock box at the premises would be a good idea or a coded access for the main apartment door. Also you must collect the key from the Interhome office on your arrival.It is only 750m away but makes it inconvenient to collect and drop off when arriving with luggage Make up beds yourself on arrival but no duvet covers...only 2 sheets and not enough pillow cases No tea towels in kitchen

Pros: Very spacious apartment with all necessary amenities available. Located in a beautiful old town building. Great location, good vibe, really nice view from balcony. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very spacious, comfy beds, good facilities for a young family, excellent location to explore the city and other local areas (recommend the tram service). The positives definitely outway the negatives and perfect for a family city break.

Cons: Apartment was in need of a deep clean, superficially it was clean, the key collection process was slightly inconvenient (10min walk from apt to local office) especially with 2 young children and a large case. A lock box on the apt entrance would be beneficial.

Cons: Fikk ikke vite på forhånd at 1 dusj og 1 toalett var ødelagt. Står oppgitt varmeapparat i annonse, leilighet var litt kald,kun aircondotion/kaldluft. Radiatorer, men de var ikke påskrudd.

Ein sehr guter Standort für einen Aufenthalt in Nizza.

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, auch zum Flughafen. Ruhig. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in kurzer Entfernung. Strandpromenade fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch die Altstadt kann zu Fuß gut erreicht werden.

Cons: Eine Toilette wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes repariert. Tagsüber hatten wir kein Wasser. Die Reparatur war bis zur Abreise nicht abgeschlossen.

Fantastischer Ort um Nizza zu entdecken!

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Ein sehr schönes Haus, relativ ruhig. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr großzügig, sehr hell, dank großer Flügeltüren. Französischer Altbau–Charme. Direkt an U-Bahn. 20 min zum Flughafen. 10 Min zum Strand zu Fuß. Ums Eck ein Fahrrad-Verleih und ein zauberhaftes FrühstücksCafe. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte zum kochen. Das Bad ist einfach funktional. 2 Schlafzimmer, davon eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, viel Stauraum in großen Einbauschränken. Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons: Wohnungstür - der Griff ist stark reparaturbedürftig!

Cons: Peu d'équipement dans la cuisine, pas de savon ni shampoing. Pas d'âme. Personne le dimanche pour t'accueillir, de parler des commodités du quartier, épicerie etc
