We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: This two bed apartment is located in a charming mansion block on an elegant & quiet street. The apartment is very spacious with 3 balconies and high ceilings. The location is brilliant, it only takes less than 10 mins to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants around. We really enjoyed our long weekend here.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location is safe and convenient as we can walk to the beach, train station, and old Nice within 15-20mins. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Parquet floor is a bit creaky.

Excellent apartment for exploring Nice.

Pros: Location excellent with a Tram stop close to the apartment, short walks to beach, restaurants with cafes, supermarkets, etc within a few minutes walk. And just having the space of the whole apartment.

Cons: A couple of extra pillows would have been great.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful location

Pros: Convenient location close to beach, old town, supermarket and train station. Apartment was spacious and ideal for a family. The road was beautiful.

Cons: The beds weren’t very comfortable. The AC, although working, didn’t turn off so it got very cold at night. This could be the remote’s fault.

Excellent, would recommend and would stay there again. Lovely location with not too many tourists.

Pros: It was easy to get the keys. Small confusion on my part led to some delays but I think otherwise the process was simple.

Wonderful spot, to revisit with pleasure! Fred, the host, was extremely kind and helpful!

Pros: The apartment is situated rather central, but away from the tourist crowds, in beautiful high end residential area. So even that you are couple of blocks from Promenade des Anglais you could hear the birds all day long. It is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, very spacious and with chic small balcony. The tram to the airport (or the port in the opposite direction) is 3 min away.

Cons: The lift to the apartment is a bit claustrophobic but I guess part of the charm of the old building.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment.

Pros: The property had character with modern facilities with large bedrooms. The apartment was very clean. Good communication with our host Fred who responded to our enquiries in a timely manner and who gave us great hospitality and service. Brilliant location for tram connection, shopping amenities, restaurants and Promenade des Anglais.
