A very warm, beautiful and truly special place just three minutes from the sea. I would happily return again

Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel and the staff are simply fantastic. This is one of the most charming and wonderful places I have ever stayed in. There is a feeling of quiet luxury and a rare sense of exclusivity in everything. Every detail is thoughtfully designed and makes you feel like a truly welcome guest who was genuinely expected. The breakfasts are delicious, with beautiful presentation and very attentive service. In moments like these you literally feel like a noble lady somewhere in medieval France

Pros: Gissell was an amazingly kind manager which made our stay outstanding and relaxing. The house is really elegant and clean and super intimate. Definitely returning back again if we will come to Nice again. Thanks Gissell!

Wonderful place

Pros: Property is very new and everything is tip top condition. The rooms were clean and quiet. We loved having breakfast on the patio and the service was impeccable. The team did a fantastic job in communicating and checking in with us. It was within a short walk to old town just behind Negresco hotel area.

Pros: David and the team were so welcoming. The hotel is close to the tramline for the airport. The room was really comfortable and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. We will be back again.

Cons: All good.

Pros: Location, facilities and especially the wonderful hosts are truly exceptional.

Cons: The only bitter taste was that our room was in the basement with basically no real daylight coming in. This should have been mentioned in the room description for sure. But our disappointment was wiped away by the super nice hosts and their warm hospitality.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our suite though small was delightful.

Pros: Position really top Very confortable room and all the structure. David is really a nice man. If you want to go in Nice you have to sleep at Maison des Barons.

Lovely staff at a stylish apart-hotel, but small rooms and maybe not for light sleepers

Pros: - high quality furnishing, including parquet floors (think Palace at Versailles - unclear if this is intended to be kitsch or deadly serious) - friendly, welcoming, professional staff - residential street, near the Negresco hotel

Cons: - 20 minute walk to the old town and no good cafes nearby (you’ll need to walk for 5+ minutes) - more of an apart-hotel than a hotel-hotel - small rooms (you can open two large suitcases but you’ll have to step over them) - traffic noise and slightly thin walls (we could hear other guests in their bathroom)

Pros: Very kind staff, beautiful and sparkling clean room. Fantastic, walkable location close to the beach. Comfortable bed. Cozy back garden.

Cons: There was only a thin door separating our room from another, so it was a bit noisy.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Nice. The property itself is an old Baron house that has been beautifully renovated—classic, clean, and very well-equipped. The interiors are elegant, and everything feels thoughtfully maintained. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, always smiling, spoke excellent English, and were available whenever needed. Their professionalism made the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities are excellent. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, and there was even a beach bar with towels provided, which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the marina and train station, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. Overall, this place combines classic elegance with modern comfort and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nice!

Cons: I honestly don’t have anything I didn’t like.
