Nizza - Boutique Wohnung - near Hotel Negresco

Pros: We spent eight days in this beautiful, fully equipped accommodation. It is located close to the beach, the promenade and the main street with restaurants and cafes. Also, within a 20 minute walk is the old town with the local market and the train station for exploring the Cote d'Azur. The excellent cooperation and hospitality of the owner Elyane are a great advantage of this option. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a typical French accommodation without any of the stress associated with it.

A really good site and overall a great apartment. The host was excellent.

Pros: The apartment was well located and easy to access. The room and lounge facility was very good.

Cons: As is often the case in France the size of the shower was at times confining and awkward.

A Small Gem

Pros: Perfect location, spotlessly clean, friendly, approachable owner. Little extras like a bottle of Prosecco, beach towels and parasol were very welcome. Air conditioning was such a relief during a very hot week.

Cons: The shower is small but perfectly fine.

It is a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic apartment !

Pros: We were met by the owner who who so charming and extremely helpful. She left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge which was very welcoming. The apartment was better than in the photo's with everything you could possibly need and was spotlessly clean.

A lovely break

Pros: The location was superb- the area was ideal as it had lots of good food shops ,cafes and some good restaurants outside the tourist trail- recommend le Vague close by- tram stop was 2mins from flat- we were met at agreed time and the owner(?) was very welcoming and helpful.Flat was homely and we did eat in on several occasions- felt very French!We hope to return!

Cons: If we had 1 quibble it was the 2 duvets on the double bed! But we managed!

Great for a short visit! Lived like a local in a wonderful neighborhood.

Pros: We loved the location! 2 blocks to the beach and surrounded by many wonderful restaurants.The owner was very nice and met us promptly.

Cons: The furniture was uncomfortable although we did not come to Nice to sit around. The pillows were very bad and upgrading them would make a huge difference! The TV was very small. Nice owner! 😊

Pros: Au centre, proche de tous et à 5 min à pieds de la plage.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Stare Miasto, Promenada Anglików, dworzec kolejowy, dobre restauracje-dystans spacerowy.
