Clean, great location and the view

Pros: Location is great. It is near everything... tram, bakery, old town, groceries, promenade and a few steps away from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean. Cendrine, the host, was friendly and explained everything very clearly.

Cons: I liked everything except for the bed linens. It didn't go with the property standard. The fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress. This is just my opinion and my own taste. There was no beach towels provided so don't forget to bring your own.

Pros: Perfect apartman in a style with good location, panoramic view to Nice and the sea. The Promenade is quite loud but compensated by the beautiful view.

Pros: The best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Great location. Feels like home.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location right on the Promenade Anglais with an amazing view. It is a corner unit with tables and chairs on the patio for outdoor eating and relaxing. It has been recently renovated, so all of the furniture and appliances, floors, counters are in great shape. Note that it is on the third floor. If you cannot climb stairs, or more importantly, can't lift your luggage up stairs, this may not be the place for you. You can walk to Nice village in 25 minutes, to the train station in 1 hour. Bus and tram pickups are virtually right outside the front door. Very convenient. We were two people. The master suite is well equipped with areas for clothing, make up and lovely windows. Our host was wonderful. We had a couple questions that she answered along the way via text, and all was well.

Cons: Only a couple small things: The second bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable. And because the room is small, there was no place for luggage. The garbage was full when we arrived. Most things were clean and tidy, except the floor and baseboard areas.

Pros: Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bus und Tram um die Ecke. Alles war sauber und Cendrine war super lieb.

Nydelig opphold i Nice

Pros: Perfekt leilighet for 4, nydelig utsikt, god plass og smakfullt innredet. Cendrine, verten, er superhyggelig og hjelpsom.

Pros: Cette vue magique sur la mer et sur la baie de Nice. Le confort de cet appartement impeccable. La proximité des commerces. Toutes les attentions de notre hôtesse.
