Cosy and very well located.

Pros: Lovely appartmnt with super views over the Bay des Anges. It was cosy and well located near all amenities. The hosts were very helpfull.

Cons: The lift was tiny and claustrophic, bathroom needed some refreshing. A washing machine would have been good.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great if you don’t need to stay right in the city center. The view was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions. There are two supermarkets, as well as tram and bus connections close to the apartment. Overall, it was good value for the money.

Cons: Some parts of the apartment could use a little refresh or minor renovation, but it’s nothing that really affected the comfort of my stay.

We’ll be back.

Pros: Particularly liked the location. The beach opposite was good. Very easy to get to the town centre by bus or tram.

Fabulous base to explore the French Riviera. Easy reach of transport links and exploring nice.

Pros: Beautiful views. Excellent t for tram, beach and general store and bakery. Good for airport.

Cons: getting contacted by the agent multiple times per day seemed a bit too much. I guess they really care... At the end we were supposed to bring out the trash, but there were no trashcans around the building.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is superb, being close to both bus and tram stations, making it easy to explore the area. The views from the flat are breathtaking, and it's just a short walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and responded to messages quickly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for its great value for money!

Overall a great apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Location.is absolutely perfect. Overlooking the sea, good transport options, excellent restaurant and shops nearby. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating breakfast with such a fabulous view. The hosts kept in touch and were most helpful.

Cons: The only issue is that the shower room is a bit small and the shower head could do with being replaced.

Pros: Very convenient location of the apartment, clean and bright, overlooking the sea.

Pros: It has an amazing view and it is next to the public transport! It is so easy to travel to the centre if Nice.
