Pros: Overseeing the beach and very accessible to the tram station. Any part of Nice is just 10-15 minutes away.

Pros: Excellent location - Carras tram stop right outside. Less than 10 mins ride from airport and about 15 mins from Nice central. Also, there are Lime bike hire all along the promenade and Nice. Very easy to use app. Just hop on and park in designated zones - Carras beach across the road. Like most of the beaches in Nice, it's stoney but it is lovely and the water is crystal clear. - Spar / Carrefeur / cafes all in the locality. . Beautiful views from the balcony. Comfortable firm bed. Fantastic self-catering facilities. Quite spacious

Cons: It's up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this isn't for you. But if you are relatively fit and healthy, this is not an issue.

super property with a super view

Pros: The property was all about the location. the real property exceeds all pictures. The property is super clean, with fully functional facilities, kitchen, cleaner etc, the host has also stocked beach chairs. There is a SPAR downstairs for all needs. the beach is right across the street the views form the balcony are stunning. you can have all means here. Old nice is about 3 km away. its a straight walk on the promenade the anglais.

Cons: walking up 4 floors. but it was totally worth it

we love the place and would be happy to rent again.

Pros: very nice apartment. smart and tasteful furniture and very well thought out room plan.we made our own breakfast. bakery, butcher and other nessary commodity store right outside our appartement. also a couple of very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. the view fro the balcony is terrific!

Cons: The appartement is located at the 5. floor without elevator. luckily above the noice from the Promenade. We did not mind the stairs though. to our surprise there were no wine glasses which we hade to buy..

The best it can get!

Pros: Perfect little walk-up apartment with stunning view. Very polite and helpful owner.

Cons: nothing to dislike!

Seaside in Nice

Pros: Enjoyed waking up to an amazing sunrise and sea view! Perfectly located for morning walks on the promenade. Conveniently located to shops and public transport both to the Old Town and Airport. The host was accommodating and communicated well. Always a plus when traveling. Check in/out was smooth. We didn't mind the stairs. My Dad is 72 and managed just fine. Overall, was a pleasant weekend away.

Cons: Bedding and toiletries could be better. Noise from the street.

Pros: Great location. Amazing views, tram on your door step, shops and restaurants close by. . Very well appointed flat and well kept!

Cons: 5 flights of stairs 🤣

Pros: Location close to the beach and tram outside the front door. Pleasant and cosy, air conditioning good.

Cons: Not enough pillows Not easy to get the keys out of the box to enter the property. Problem with the water on the first couple of days, but the workers at next doors property accidentally turned it off.

Pros: A kilátás lenyűgöző, lélegzetelállító 🩵💛 A szállás közvetlenül a tengerparton van, 1 perc és már csobbansz is a tengerben 🩵💛 Remek az elhelyezkedése, villamosmegálló fél percre, szemben a Spar, 15 perc a reptér villamossal, klassz pékségek 1 percre. 6-7 megálló villamossal, és már bent is vagy a központban.

Cons: Nem negatív, csak fontos megemlítenem, hogy a szállás egy lift nélküli épület legfelső, 4. emeletén van, így csak az jöjjön, aki bírja a lépcsőzést.
