We enjoyed the convince of this location and the hosts.

Pros: The location was amazing. The beach was across the street' the tram was outside our door. The beds were comfortable enough. Wonderful restaurants nearby also. The hosts met us very quickly since we arrived early and she was very kind.

Cons: The apartment is on a very busy very loud street. I wish there was a bigger table to eat at and one or two more chairs.

Overall a good apartment with responsive and friendly host/hostess.

Pros: The apartment had 2 bedrooms but 4 separate beds so lots of room. Kitchen : bathroom good of a little dated. Dishwasher not working.

Cons: The apartment is on a very noisy road corner and is busy with traffic / beeping all night and curtains very thin so bright lights - ok if not a light sleeper. There are 5 steps up to apartment and then 4 more down even though ground floor. Communal entrance a bit smelly.

Pros: Good choice for the low price, very easy to get to the apartment, Michelin star restaurant near by. The apartment is suitable for a family with children. Very close to the beach. It worth of money we paid, simple modest apartment near the beach, but far from the city center

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, łatwy dojazd z lotniska i blisko do tramwaju oraz autobusów, którymi można swobodnie zwiedzać Niceę lub okoliczne miasta. Dobre wyposażenie (kawa, herbata, płyn do naczyń, proszek do prania, kapsułki do zmywarki itp). Widok na morze, plaża na wyciągnięcie ręki (kamienista - jak wszędzie w Nicei). Spokojna okolica, wokół dwie boulangerie i supermarkety (SPAR, Carrefour, Intermarche).

Pros: Отличное месторасположение. Чистая квартира рядом с морем. Близко супермаркет.

Pros: Sehr zentral gelegen. Bus und Tram direkt vor der Haustür. Sowie auch der Strand, die Promenade und Lebensmittelgeschäft gleich gegenüber. Auch eine Bäckerei, Pizzaladen und Trafik in unmittelbarer Nähe. 15 min. mit Tram zum Bahnhof und Flughafen. Park Phönix, Palmenhaus, auf der gleichen Strecke. Ticket für Öffis für eine Woche um 50 € zahlen sich wirklich aus. Wir sind die ganze Cote d'Azur damit abgefahren. Ob Zug, Tram oder Bus. Auch sind nach Ablauf einzelne Tage an fast jeder Haltestelle aufbuchbar.

Cons: Nur ein Hausschlüssel für vier Personen! Manchmal etwas unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung( Kanal ??) Auch in der Nacht Verkehrslärm, dafür ist man aber auch sehr zentral.

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja blisko do deptaka i plaży .Polecam, cena adekwatna do standardu. Spokojnie pomieści się 5-6 osób.Niema luksusów,ale jest dobrze na zwiedzanie i przespać się jest wystarczające.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok na morze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, ktory dba o klientów, jest bezproblemowy. Apartament dobrze wyposażony

Pros: Чудове місцерозташування, 1 хвилина до моря , поруч трамвай і автобус до центра міста , поруч також супермаркет , ввічливі господарі , було все необхідне в квартирі , чудовий інтернет.
