Beautiful apartment by the sea front

Magnificent

Pros: Delightful old French apartment with super views 👌

Cons: Small isssues Slightly dirty floor when I wore only socks . Toilet ran for a while after flushing .

Pros: It felt like home. Daniel is probably the kindest, most cheerful and helpful person that you might know. He made everything ready beyond expectations. The house has the perfect view; perfect spot for walking. You can take the tram in front of the house to get to the city center. I'll definitely be back in the summer.

Pros: The property was beautiful and the host Daniel was amazing he met us at the apartment and showed us through and helped us with our luggage, and gave us suggestions of places to eat and go.

Pros: Daniel is one of the kindest and warmest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. He took care of us like family and he touched our hearts. The apartment has beautiful energy and the view is to die for. The beach is right opposite so it is very convenient. Everything you could possibly need Daniel takes care of, he really is a gem. Cannot recommend a better place.

Pros: Thanks to Daniel, we had a wonderful holiday in Nice. We had everything we need in the apartment during our stay. I highly recommend here for a comfortable holiday.

Lovely place to stay in an amazing location

Pros: The property was incredibly spacious and clean and was located in a prime part or Nice. The owner was so easy to get in contact with and we had barely any issues from start to finish.

Cons: There was a sewage/rubbish smell that we think came from the dumpster downstairs but it smelt up the apartment. Also the washing machine made our clothes smell like damp. Other than that, zero complaints.

We had a lovely stay. Easy access to the beach, and the tram stop right outside the door makes moving around very easy.

Pros: Spacious, beautiful view and easy/close proximity to the beach.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: This property is a super find! So convenient for the beach and the location great and next to the tram stop! Apartment absolutely spotless and very cosy! Beautifully recently refurbished bathroom. We did not cook but the kitchen was very well equipped. Very comfy beds and aircon appreciated!

Pros: Beautiful location and the apartment was wonderfully appointed with touches that made it so welcoming for the whole family. Our host was very kind welcoming us to the apartment, storing our luggage and providing lots of useful advice and info for our time in Nice and a parting gift on our departure.
