Pros: Good location close to the sea and a tram station. Nice balcony. Good air condition. We didn’t try to use the pool. Contact with host worked good!

Cons: The bed sofa is quite small. Some of the furniture is a bit worned out.

Pros: Location and the building are perfect. The pool is nice and the pool guy is very friendly.

Cons: The owner of the apartment apparently was away on vacation during our stay. Her deputy/friend had to catch up, so it was some effort to sort out the basics like the WiFi code, toiletries, the third pool card etc.

ODLIČNA lokacija za bivanje v Nici!

Pros: ODLIČNA lokacija. Do varne garaže je le nekaj korakov, do plaže prav tako. Tramvaj ima postajališče tako rekoč na lokaciji, kar pomei, da so vse povezave na dlani. Soseska je dokaj mirna in ponuja vse potrebno (trgovine, restavracije...). V sobi je bil likalnik, fen in pralni stroj, kar je več kot ODLIČNO. Soba ima velik balkon, ki nudi pogled na ulico in morje.

Cons: Čistoča. Posteljina in brisače so bile čiste, tla in kuhinja pa ne. Vse je bilo zelo prašnato.
