Pros: The location was excellent and the place was clean and tidy

Cons: The bathroom was an ensuite and had a curtain instead of a door so was a little bit awkward to use for a family but would be fine for a couple

Pros: Great apartment in a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. The washing machine didn’t work, but the host promptly reimbursed us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Fab stay in a great location near the beach

Pros: The property was lovely and it a fab location in close proximity to the beach and lovely bars and cafes

Cons: only slight issue is the noise as it was hot we had to leave the windows open but the noise from the restaurants and bars made it difficult to sleep.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Highly recommended.

Pros: Location is excellent. Very clean and well presented. Host is very helpful and understanding.

Cons: Due to location it can be noisy quite late into the evening. There is no A/C so it gets very hot in the apartment which at nights can make sleep difficult. Ceiling and individual fans are provided which provide some help.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta! Tienes la playa a 3 minutos andando y el centro a 5 minutos andando. Las camas son super comodas y todo muy limpio. El amfitrion es super amable y contesta super rapido a cualquier duda.

Pros: Il est à 10 minutes de la gare, tout près du centre. C'est un très bel appartement avec ascenseur. J'aimerais beaucoup vivre à Nice ; je contacterais le propriétaire pour savoir s'il est disponible à la location mensuelle. Il me plaît beaucoup, il est harmonieux.
