Nice visit July 2024

Pros: Apartment was as described, spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and extra touches such as shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival. Clear instructions of how to find property and how to access. Perfect location to access all areas of Nice and transport. Holiday manager very helpful.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like about the apartment, the area is a little noisier at night than we are used to but it wouldn't put me off visiting again.

Spacious flat!

Pros: Spacious place and the kitchen was fully equipped! Nothing was missing. The location was good, the beach was 15 min walk from there. You have a lot of supermarkets close by and the shopping street was 5 min walk away. We had a really good time and would recommend it. Very friendly host as well

Cons: The beds are really old and the matress was too soft so it was a little bit uncomfortable. There is no AC but very old fans, with 37 degrees outside we wouldve prefer an AC or better fans.

Cons: - Trop de lumière le matin dans les chambres à coucher. Les volets laissent passer beaucoup de lumière - Pas de climatisation

Pros: La dotación de la cocina y en general del apartamento es súper completa, incluso con elementos de aseo (ej. para lavar ropa). Un apartamento con mucho espacio para disfrutar con niños. Excelente ubicación, cerca a la estación de metro y en una zona de mucho comercio y restaurantes

Pros: - Duże, przestronne mieszkanie - Bardzo dobrze wyposażone w przybory kuchenne, żelazko, pralkę, zmywarkę, sztućce i talerze - Super lokalizacja - Dobre wskazówki od gospodarza - Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo pomocny

Cons: - 2 rolki papieru toaletowego dla 6 osób na 4 dni, to troszkę mało

Pros: Vi tyckte lägenheten var mysig, skönt med balkong i solen (Maj) nära till Tågstationen, spårvagn. Lagom promenad till shopping och havet. Vi är supernöjda! sängarna var sköna, lite korta för långa svenskar 😅 Rekommenderar verkligen boendet

Cons: Det enda var att när det regnade så var det enormt fuktigt i lägenheten så inget torkade. Det såg rent ut men det var dammigt på golven som att lägenheten stått ett tag sen städning. Alla dricksglas var som de inte var färdigdiskade av maskinen. Eller ngn plockat ur dem för tidigt. Men vi sköljde bara ur dem så var de okej.
