Pros: Very good location, nice, spacious apartment, 10 minute walk to the seaside. Well appointed with all the necessary equipment, good air conditioning.

Cons: The common room furniture needs some deep cleaning

The apartment is well situated, beautiful, well equipped and the beds were really comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bathroom facilities were lovely! It was in good location with easy access to public transport.

Cons: The balcony is really tiny, even for two people. A further suggestion, not a complaint: Perhaps have some basics such as a few sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and some milk, water and ice for guests who travel from far and arrive late at night.

Pros: Great location, close to everything, tram, bakery, supermarket… Quiet and spacious apartment, perfect size for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Only two toilet paper rolls for four people for four days, not enough and should not need to have and go buy paper toilet Hard pillows Shower door letting water spread on the floor - Shower joints need to be renovated Unpleasant smell of towels and bed sheets Would be a plus to have a box of paper tissue and a roll of paper towel

Pros: Very nice property, instructions for keys were very good. It said two bedroom but one appeared locked?? We tried the keys and the other bedroom didn’t open, it was only my wife and I so it didn’t matter. I would recommend the property..

Cons: The locked bedroom. Loose shower fitting which wet the floor. Towels seemed a little old.

Pros: Nice decorations, good location, good facilities. We enjoyed our stay in Nice.

Pros: Appartement confortable et spacieux. Proximité des services et de tout finalement. Lits très confortables et douche agréable

Cons: Coût prohibitif du stationnement à Nice, mais bon pas le choix.

Pros: Priestranný byt v dobrej lokalite neďaleko centra. Vkusne zariadený, v okolí je viacero reštaurácií a supermarket.

Cons: Vo vybavení kuchyne chýbali niektoré veci ako utierky na riad, cukor. Sedačka v obývacej izbe pôsobila opotrebovane a bola znečistená (fľaky po rozliatych tekutinách). Majiteľ v inštrukciách k ubytovaniu uvádza viacero možných pokút ktoré vám môže účtovať (nevynesené smeti, neumytí riad, strata kľúča...), a to nepôsobí príliš pohostinne :( Napriek tomu sme sa cítili dobre a boli sme s ubytovaním spokojní.
