Lovely & sunny loft heart of Nice with A/C!

Exceptional place

Pros: The place was very cozy and exactly as pictured. It was very clean and organized. We were able to come and go like our own home.

Pros: The position of the apartment was really really good, it is very clean, minimalist and has everything you could really need. We staied for 7 nights and we were really happy with the apartment.

Cons: Unfortunately the alley around is really shady, and it stinks almost 24/7 of piss and other stuff. People around are doing shady stuff on that street but don’t mind you re well protected. The chair from the ceiling from the photos was missing…. The bed is not actually a bed.

Pros: The apartment was about 10 to 12 mins walking distance from Promenade de Anglais with a few supermarkets close by grocery shopping. The apartment was clean and well equipped with an airco, washer, dishwasher, TV, and all the other amenities listed on the website. This added to our stay being comfortable. Great use of the floorspace with a queen size bed in the LOFT. There was a security camera at the entrance, which added to the level of feeling safe and secure. Check-in and check out were very easy and well explained. Any questions we had for the owner were answered in a timely manner.. Therefore, I would rate the service as one of a superhost. I would recommend this apartment to others who wish to travel to Nice and stay at an affordable place that has all the amenities of a home. The only thing that was missing was an ironing board.

Pros: spacious place with fully equipped electronics and it located in a perfect location: just 5 mins walk to the main station, 15 mins walk to the beach, many restaurant and supermarket nearby, some stills open very late, and it's very quiet, host is auper nice, will stay here again when travel to Nice next time!

A solid 10/10 for the Nest house in Nice!

Pros: Everything is good. The Nest house is cozy and great choice for vacation. Also, it is quite close to the Nice Gare, which makes trips to near town be easier.

Pros: We liked the apartment, it is spacious. We found almost everything we needed for a short stay. The host sent instructions on where to find the keys as well as the clear house rules. Convenient location. If you like walking - everything can be reached on foot. The excellent restaurant L'antica is nearby.

Cons: The house is in a cross street near the fruit and vegetable market, so don't be surprised that it is not clean there. We found coffee for the machine, thank you. But it would also be an advantage to have some sugar, salt, etc. :)

Pros: Well located near train station, trams and main avenues to help find way around.

Cons: Needed more than 3 hangers on the back of the front door and a shelf in the bedroom for storing clothes away.

Pros: The Nest House was very clean, spacious, well-equipped and in the cutest building that was very central to town. The host was super easy and friendly to communicate with too! I would definitely recommend this property :-)

Pros: Everything was super clean and modern. Spacious!compared to the most of the stays I saw on booking. Bathroom was also clean and modern. Nice little balcony. The couch downstairs was also super comfortable we took a nap on there as well. Liked the small decorative touches everywhere.

Cons: The alley that leads to the flat can be a bit smelly but it’s just this part of the city and nothing about the apartment.
