Pros: Location was excellent, and the general context was very good, overall.

Fantastic. Visiting again.

Pros: Great flat. Two terraces, well equipped kitchen. Spacious enough for 6 people. Will visit again.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. For a week holiday is more than enough.

Really good stay with easy access into Nice. Excellent views and comfy accommodation

Pros: Lot's of useful items. Crockery, Tee bags and sugar, microwave, washing machine,TV, Stereo, Radio and coffee maker. Also as a group of friends, we really loved the board games that were there. Was a great way to unwind in the evenings. There's also a huge collection of books to read for relaxing. The view from the balcony is great and there are sun beds. The terrace garden on the other side is also beautiful. Overall very spacious, great atmosphere.

Cons: Very minor problem we had: (This might just be because we did not figure out a simpler method that might have existed. If there was a simpler method, please do let future visitors know of it) Keys being required to open the gate even when you are inside the property, and also to go down the lift. While leaving, we had to devise a method where one person went down early to hold the gate open, while others went back up to keep the keys back in the room before walking back down (as the keys are required to use the lift too).

Pros: Modern, quiet, great sea and city views and excellent location

Cons: One or two lights and fitting didn’t work. Car parking space was extremely tight, even for a little Mini Countryman, so would have been no good for a family car

Pros: The apartment was amazing with an awesome view from the balcony overlooking the city and the sea.

Cons: Oven gloves in the kitchen will be highly recommended

Pros: в апартаментах было две терассы,с одной вид на город сверху ,и море.а на другой в садике маленьком,хорошее местечко с лимонным деревом.Много кухонной поссуды.Моющие средства в наличии(мыло,шампунь).Были батареи(мы включали их ,было прохладно).2 туалета.Быстро отвечали и решали проблему.Гараж хоть и очень узкий но персональный.Нам всё очень понравилось

Cons: жалюзи не открывались в одной из спалень.пол очень ходный.вода медленно уходила в душевой .
