Coeur de Nice - Plage et Centre

an excellent choice in Nice!

Pros: Top drawer location, beautiful old building and nice apartment with high ceilings and large windows.

Cons: the only small complaint was the worn out pans and dull knives but everything else was terrific.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine zentrale Lage.

Cons: Die Küche ist ein wenig abgenutzt und nicht so sauber. Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher zum Abtrocknen waren nicht vorhanden. Es wäre auch gut, wenn man für das Schlafsofa eine Bettdecke hätte und nicht eine Wolldecke, die man mit Bettwäsche beziehen muß.

Pros: Appartamento pulito, posizione ottima, vicino a tutti i servizi. Host gentile e puntuale. Comodissimo il check-in autonomo.

Cons: Key box al livello del suolo scomodissima, un problema per chi ha problemi di mobilità o di vista. Non ho gradito trovare cibo avanzato da ospiti precedenti, tra cui un pezzo di dolce ammuffito.

Posizione centralissima

Pros: Centralissimo, posizione ottima a due passi da centro storico. La fermata della metro è Jeun Medesin,da lì altri 5-7 Min a piedi. Esattamente coma nella foto,va bene per 4 persone. Pulito,solare,c'è tutto necessario ,materassi comodissimi!!!,lo staff molto gentile e pronta ad aiutare. Grazie!

Pros: Izuzetno čist stan,sadrži sve što je potrebno za duži i kraći boravak.Lokacija odlična bilo da želite do plaže,železničke stanice ili centralnog dela Nice. Sve preporuke za ovaj stan.

Pros: Расположение, недалеко от вокзала и магазинов в центре города. Наличие стиральной машины и чайника для заваривания чая и кружек для чая. Вежливый хозяин был на связи и пошел на встречу с ранним заселением. Приятным бонусом был пляжный зонт

Cons: Не хватало полотенцесушителя, можно добавить кухонного инвентаря (для приготовления пищи)

Pros: The windows, they were soundproof and provided a lovely view of the neighborhood and privacy. Plenty of towels. The bathroom with shower and bidet great. Having laundry was a pleasant surprise, but I had issues with the machine. Right by the train station! Lovely to live amongst neighbors.

Cons: I had issues with the laundry machine, the cycle did not dry my clothes all the way, and the cycles took very long. Maybe some clothes pins would be helpful to use the dry rack on the window, my shirt fell off the drying rack outside, and I had to trouble the downstairs neighbor to let me get it off the roof. The address did not send me to the right place, so the pictures were very helpful. But I would’ve appreciated more communication during my check-in time.

Pros: Lägenheten ligger I centrum nära till allt. Lägenheten är jättemysig och tillräcklig stor för frya personer. Själv Check in Instruktionen var jättetydligt så vi inte hade Problem att komma in sent pga förseningar med tåg.
