Fantastic location with exceptional views

Pros: Location was exceptional and apartment was very modern inside.

Pros: We were communicated to via WhatsApp in fluent English which was great. Monika arranged a driver for us to pick us up from the airport and take us to the apartment which was extremely helpful given that we were four people with large luggage. And finally we were met at the apartment by Aya and handed over the keys and given a tour of the apartment. Aya also turned on the AC the day before making it very comfortable during an extreme heatwave and she had cold water, beer, wine, and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Extremely above and beyond. We would recommend this place to anyone and absolutely stay here again should we ever travel back to Nice, France.

Cons: I cannot think of anything, honestly. This place was fantastic and went way above and beyond our expectations.

If you’re going to Nice, you must stay here. I’ve stayed other places. This is tops.

Pros: Everything. The location is ideal. Step right out onto the promenade des anglais. You’re right on the edge of Vieux Nice. Easy walking distance to Place Massena. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, the water is hot, the showers are perfect, the beds are firm (we chuckled about bringing ours home), the kitchen is well appointed, there is a washer dryer for laundry, and the requests by the hosts are minimal. It’s a delight. I’d like to have stayed 2 weeks.

Cons: I traveled with my 82yo Mother. The flight of stairs was a little hard for her but there is only 1 flight and there is an elevator the remaining way.

Pros: Huoneisto on erittäin siisti, hyvin varusteltu, kauniisti remontoitu ja viihtyisästi sisustettu. Sijainti on mainio eli lyhyt kävelymatka rantaan, vanhan kaupungin kujille sekä ostoksille. Lähistöllä on paljon ravintoloita, kahviloita ja myös muutamia pieniä ruokakauppoja. Monikalle kiitos sujuvasta yhteydenpidosta sekä joustavuudesta.

Pros: The location is amazing and the apartment is well kept and organised. Monika thought of every thing the family needs. And the location is amazing. You are close to the old town and you can just walk to the beach or to the castle or to the old town. The apartment can easily accommodate 4-5 persons. They also allowed us to check in early. Communication was prompt and great

Exceptional property that will enhance your visit

Pros: The property is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have coffee on the balcony. We felt very secure. The location was outstanding for old town and the promenade.

Cons: Perhaps I was not using properly but dryer did not seem to work.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa, un parking al lado, salís casi en la puerta del alojamiento, en pleno casco histórico. Impecable decorado, con buen gusto. Con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Cafetera, tostadora, jarra eléctrica, lavarropas, lavavajillas. Te dejan jabón para los mismos.

Cons: Entendí en booking 3 baños y en realidad es uno completo, otro ducha y pileta y el water a parte. Considero son 2 baños. Y la entrada es un piso por escalera y tomas un mini ascensor en el primer piso. Éramos 5 y se nos complicó con las valijas. Igual lo recomiendo ampliamente. volveria
