Fabulous group stay in the heart of Nice old town!
Pros: Amazing location, good communication from the host, had everything we needed.

A beautiful, private, quiet, comfortable apartment right in the centre of the heart of old Nice.
Pros: The location is amazing. A two minute walk from the Cours Saleya and all its bars and restaurants, a 20 second walk from a fabulous bakery for breakfast croissants and breads, a four minute walk from the wonderful Plage Opèra, this list goes on. If you want to experience the heart of Nice, this is the location for you. Just bear in mind it is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, but tbh after all that food, the exercise is good.
Cons: To be honest there were a few very small niggles which I have been assured have been raised with the host. Small touches like having hand soap available on arrival (for urgent food prep for little ones after a long journey), or providing a proper bread knife. These are tiny details but they would have made the stay absolutely perfect. I still very much recommend this apartment - don't let this put you off.

Pros: Amazing location right next to the morning and night markets and some of the best restaurants. Super close to the beach clubs too.
Cons: The showers would often not hold the water or not drain quick enough.

The most amazing place in the very center of Nice
Pros: I’d highly recommend choosing this apartment if you plan to stay in Nice. What you should be aware of, though, is the absence of the elevator (the apartment’s on the 5th floor). It wasn’t an issue for me as my luggage wasn’t that heavy and I do enjoy climbing the stairs. The apartment is super comfortable and clean and very cosy! It has two bathrooms, two tiny balconies, an amazing view. WiFi is very decent. There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about this place! Thank you!

Pros: L'emplacement est top, tout est à proximité : plage, vieux Nice, place Massena, centre ville, transports. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Check in / out très simple. Je recommande!
Cons: Rien, on savait déjà pour les escaliers sans ascenseur.

Pros: Check in/ out, Location (beach proximity, restaurants around, opera), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, AC, very comfortable for family of 5.
Cons: Located on the 5th floor with no elevator.

Nonostante il brutto tempo, Nizza è accogliente ed offre tante risorse per impiegare bene il tempo
Pros: L’appartamento si presenta luminoso, spazioso, accogliente, molto pulito, ben arredato. Le tre camere da letto sono di buon livello, materassi e biancheria sono in ottimo stato. La posizione della casa é ottima per raggiungere i posti interessanti ed è vicina alle fermate dei tram. Nello spazio cucina si trova un grande assortimento di pentole e padelle con tostapane, bollitore e macchina per il caffè.
Cons: La mancanza dell’ ascensore rende davvero ardua la salita dei bagagli e l’ultima rampa di scale è davvero un po’ faticosa. Purtroppo i bagni sono “ciechi” e non hanno un aspiratore per il cambio d’aria. Nelle stoviglie si nota la presenza di una scodella di plastica che (precedentemente) è stata usata come posacenere (nonostante il divieto di fumo) e vi è una sola tazza da the, insufficiente per una casa che può ospitare più persone. Un po’ spartana l’accoglienza (non una bustina di the o una cialda di caffè). Abbiamo avuto una qualche difficoltà a trovare la cassetta con le chiavi (una simpatica “caccia al tesoro” di benvenuto?). Il nostro soggiorno è stato, in tutti i casi, positivo e gradevole.
