Pros: Fab location right in the centre of town and near a tram stop. Having somewhere with parking was a main requirement and this fitted the bill perfectly. A private parking garage below the apartment building and reached by entering the public parking garage. We were given a card, that gained us entry to this car park and then allowed us to enter the private level. Not the biggest car park - but we had a large SUV and managed to navigate the tight corners! Be aware there is a height restriction 1.9m or 2m I think. It is a bit of a maze to find your way to the actual apartment, with a couple of different lifts you have to take, but once you've done it once or twice it's easy! The apartment was very quiet, with comfy beds and sofas, good showers and a very well equipped kitchen.

The appartamant was fantastic. I totally recommend it.

Pros: The flat was very spacious and well equipped- just everything you need. Aircon was very good.

Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: Great location, large comfortable flat, clean and well equipped.

Cons: Bit of a pain picking up keys from the office, it was a 15/20 minute walk away which is fine but hard work with luggage. One or two minor niggles - no plug for the bath and the tv had no reception.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and spatious for 8 people. The living room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. There is also a small balcony

Cons: The building is a bit difficult to navigate, the bathrooms are a bit date sand there wasn’t enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Rouen

Pros: Breakfast was delicious everyday. Location was perfect, right at the heart of town.

Cons: Very limited parking on premises.

It was a great stay, I can recommend this place for families or groups up to 8.

Pros: It is at an excellent location, close to tramlines, railway station and the beach. The apartment is spacious, fully air-conditioned with a great floor-plan and open space kitchen with living room. It is quiet despite the central location. The kitchen is very well equipped with a nice range of appliances.

Cons: The dishwasher seems old, probably requires some maintenance or replacement as it left our dishes dirty despite our best efforts cleaning the machine before each cycle. One of the showers was out of order for three days out of our 6 day stay.

This apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly located in the center of nice.

Pros: This apartment was well located and spacious for our family of 7. Everyone slept comfortably and loved the decor. The AC worked perfectly and the rooms got a lot of natural light. The apartment was also in the center of Nice, above the mall, and in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay in this place again for a future visit.

Cons: The apartment was tricky to locate, but the directions provided when picking up the keys helped tremendously. The directions do need to be updated to the correct apartment number though. I also recommend the hosts getting a safe for traveler's personal items.

Pros: Fijne accommodatie, perfect gelegen. Goede bedden met airconditioning. Weinig aan te merken. Wellicht jammer dat er niet echt een onoverdekt balkon was.

Cons: Alles beviel wel. Had wellicht iets netter toilet kunnen hebben.

Perfect spot!!! Location is an absolute winner!

Pros: Great spot for a group of friends. Large apartment is really well taken care off. Location is perfect!!! Would definitely stay there again!
