Center and nice

Pros: Front desk Mer is a good choice for exploring Nice and being in the center. It also offers parking which is a street away but a big plus for staying in Nice. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Apartment is clean and big enough even for party of 4.

Pros: Excellent location.very close to Vieux Nice. Lovely to open the door and be right on the sea. Appartement was well equipped

Cons: Lack of view from apartment, although this was known prior to booking

Pros: The place is accurately represented on the photos. Modern, recently renovated, pleasant design. The location is great, right next to the beach.

Cons: Attic bed area is quite low and has steep stair access. The apartment is courtyard facing. There was an issue with cleaning- apartment was not cleaned on my arrival (late in the evening). It was sorted out promptly once the manager was informed, but the service was not to a good standard.

Pros: Great location. Host very reactive and easy to reach. Clean, nice, perfect. Parking nearby.

Pros: Apartment is great and clean. Location is right at beach front. Owner is nice and answering your questions etc.

Cons: The check in time was at 5 pm which is stated anyway but would be fair if it earlier, Getting the key was a bit surprising we thought the key box will be at the front door ....but it was on the other spot near the main door. I guess the translation from French to English wasnt too clear ...;)

Cons: It would have been nicer to have view of the sea

Pros: When you open the door, Nice's beach is right in front of you. The best thing about this accommodation is the location. The Messena Square and the market are right in front of you, and the park is right in front of you. It's the best location imaginable. And this accommodation is very clean and modern just after renovation. It's a good enough place for a family to stay. The summer in Nice was very hot. Of course, the weather is too good for swimming, but I get tired of the heat even if I walk for a short time. But the air conditioner in this accommodation was very cool, so I became happy when I came back to the accommodation.

Cons: You have to go through three doors to get into this accommodation, but it's not easy to open them. This accommodation is very lucky to have a designated parking spot. However, moving to a parking spot, using the card key several times to get through the parking lot, and driving home is very complicated. But again, it is very lucky to have a safe parking space. And you can do well enough.

Perfect location, comfortable and quiet apartment - lovely host. Thank you.

Pros: The location was perfect for us - right on the beach front, a short walk from castle hill and plenty of restaurants right next to the apartment. The apartment was clean, quiet and plenty big enough for myself, husband and teenage son. Audrey was prompt and clear with instructions and communications - we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for future returns to Nice.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

Loved Nice

Pros: Location was great and apartment was really pretty and well appointed.

Cons: Check in if 5pm was a bit late but the host kindly agreed to let us leave out luggage in the flat from midday.
