Pros: L'appartamento è molto piccolo ma ha tutto lo stretto necessario per il soggiorno, compresi elettrodomestici, utile per un weekend in cui si passa la maggior parte del tempo fuori. Sconsiglio per un soggiorno lungo.

Cons: E' all'ultimo piano senza ascensore, sconsiglio se si hanno bagagli molto pesanti. Lo spazio doccia è molto piccolo ma conforme con lo spazio totale a disposizione.

Pros: Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte viel zu bieten, trotz der kleinen Größe. Außerdem ist die Lage des einfach super, da die Promenade des Anglais quasi direkt an der Wohnung ist.

Pros: Schnelle Übergabe trotz stark verfrühter Ankunft. Der Strand ist in 2-3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons: Es war sehr warm in der Unterkunft. Ein Ventilator war vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage wäre angenehmer gewesen, kann man für den Preis aber nicht erwarten. Die Dusche könnte besser konzipiert sein (tiefere Wanne und einen längerer Duschvorhang auf beiden Seiten der Dusche). Ich musste mich vorsehen, das Bad nicht zu überfluten.
