Pros: The apartment was perfect for a girls trip. Loads of space. Great value and felt secure. Host was very accommodating.
Cons: All the bedrooms need a full length mirror. I would have liked a second pillow rather than a cushion.

Great base for exploring
Pros: Apartment was it a great location short walk to beach, tram/bus and train station spacious and well equipped.
Cons: Lack of mirrors difficult for 7 women to get ready. Near a busy road however you get used to the noise quickly and can’t hear it when the windows are closed

gorgeous apartment with nice hosts
Pros: Simply put: we loved everything. It was easy to communicate with Olivia and Sebastien. We arrived later than expected and Sebastien was really nice about the delay as well. We had a memorable stay, and the apartment added a lot to the experience. The apartment is really cozy and spacious. It has 3 bathrooms that made our stay more convenient. The beds are comfy, but queen size, so rather suitable for couples. The kitchen is well equipped, and you can see the sea from the balcony.
Cons: I would not say we didn't like this, but the parking space was very narrow and hard to park. Although there is an elevator, it starts from the mezzanine, so would not recommend for disabled people

Accommodation where style and romance coexist
Pros: Spacious room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Luxurious interior. Great kitchen. Free parking.Ocean view in the distance. Great sunset.
Cons: The parking lot is a bit too narrow for a rental car. The noise can be heard even when the door is closed at night. It was a bit uncomfortable to hear the noise of construction while taking a short break at the accommodation during the day.

Very enjoyable place, 10/10 recommend
Pros: Very nice apartment. We shared it with 7 people and it was very spacious to cook, play games etc. Multiple bathrooms, dishwasher, balconies, beautiful views and perfect location from the airport to the city centre.
Cons: The beds were a bit too small for friends instead of couples, but they were very comfortable.

A perfect weekend in Nice
Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place! We came to Nice for a marathon with 7 other friends and it was perfect. Spacious, three bathrooms, beautiful views, well looked after property, very central and insanely fast wifi. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Nice.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis.
Pros: Appartement très agréable, parfait pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis. Situé à moins de 10mn à pieds du vieux Nice et de la promenade des anglais. Un grand merci à Sébastien pour son excellent accueil.
Cons: Une seule place de stationnement disponible dans la résidence. Cependant, le stationnement dans la rue est toléré et gratuit.

Muito agradável
Pros: Espaço amplo, moderno, perfeito para uma estadia com amigos. A varanda é incrível para fazer refeições com sobre Nice, vendo-se ao fundo o mar.
Cons: Podia ter mais espelhos (só havia um espelho comprido num dos quartos), poucos tachos e panelas e quando fomos a máquina de lavar a loiça estava avariada, tivemos que lavar a louça manualmente.
