Warm hospitality and great location

Pros: The hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Location of apartment was perfect in heart of Nice few mins from English promenade. The hosts proactively extended our check out due to bad weather and delayed flight. Highly recommend this place for a warm and enjoyable stay in Nice !

Cosy place with a great location.

Pros: The location of the house is great. Very cosy house with high ceiling and a big terrace. The owner and the lady welcomes us was very helpful. There is a private parking place.

Cons: There are stairs you need to climb to reach the door which was ok for us, the doors of the rooms and bathrooms can be renovated.

My wife found the eclectic decor appealing, and we were able to relax in comfort.

Pros: Very spacious with efficient air con. Well equipped with appliances and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: Access to the property involved crossing a garage compound and climbing quite a lot of steps. This would have deterred me from booking the property if I had known.

Emplacement exceptionnel, tout est accessible à moins de 400m

Pros: Un emplacement exceptionnel à moins de 400m de la promenade des anglais et donc de la plage mais aussi des commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, ...). Logement situé au fond d'une impasse donc loin des bruits de la rue. Les équipements complets et fonctionnels (climatisation indépendante dans les chambres et le séjour pour un ajustement au goût de chacun, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, machine à café (Nespresso), grille pain, frigo avec une partie congélateur, four, logement sécurisé ...) Appartement spacieux et confortable (literie au top, très grands lits confortables faits à l'arrivée) avec une très grande terrasse ombragée par des arbustes et des stores. La situation des 2 chambres (diamétralement opposée) qui permettent à 2 couples d'avoir leur parfaite intimité (une chambre avec salle d'eau et WC intégrés et une avec salle d'eau et WC à proximité immédiate) Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité et réactivité Une place de parking dédiée

Cons: A NOTER : logement non accessible aux PMR (situé au 2ème étage (accès par un escalier situé à l'extérieur du logement)
