Very nice clean well appointed in a good location. Everything you want and need. Very secure.

Pros: Spacious Modern apartment with nice view from balcony. Well appointed and quiet location. 10min walk downhill to the beach. We stayed there in late September. Great gated community off street parking. 1st floor in an elegant 4level classic building.

Cons: Location with view means a bit of a climb to walk up from main roads if on foot. Pullout wall bed took up a bit of room.

Pros: The place had a nice view, it had everything we needed. It was a beautiful place to stay in.

Pros: Joli studio bien équipé et confortable , bien situé à la lisière du centre pour tout faire à pied et ligne de bus qui passe très régulièrement en bas du bâtiment pour se rendre en centre ville

Cons: Un peu compliqué pour se garer à l'intérieur de la résidence car il y a très peu de places libres

Pros: El departamento es increíble, cómodo, bonito, limpio y muy bien equipado; con máquina para lavar ropa (detergentes), lavavajilla, aire acondicionado, hervidor y mucho más.

Cons: El único detalle es que cuando llegamos, alguien había hecho pipí y no había tirado la cadena. Todo lo demás impecable.

Séjour agréable dans cette belle ville de Nice.

Pros: Grand studio correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Propre, équipement complet, climatisé. Les clés étaient dans une boite à clef d'accès facile. Fenêtres fermées, très calme.

Cons: L'immeuble est bien calme mais à proximité d'une route passante, seul petit bémol.
