Stunning apartment in a great location.

Pros: Absolutely stunning property, meticulously clean. Fantastic communication from the host. It had everything it needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: There’s lots of stairs to get up to the door, three flights so not suitable for those with mobility issues but fine for us.. we got our steps up!

Pros: Lovely flat. Good location. Well equipped with everything you need. Nice outdoor space. Close to sea.

Cons: Only negative thing is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot during our stay. There were fans but they were not very effective.

Pros: The apartment was in a fabulous location and was very well equipped. The 2nd toilet was definitely an added bonus. A few stairs if u have large bags.

The flat had everything we needed, it felt safe, warm and I can imagine it will be breezy in summer

Pros: Stayed 5 nights in the winter season. We had some trouble finding the appartment at night on arrival, but Mihaela spotted us and guided us. Everything we needed for the first days were available from fresh oranges, to coffee, ao.

Cons: The only thing I missed, were a place to dry our clothes, but I'm sure it was there somewhere... We didn't ask and didn't spend any serious time searching.

Appartement trés agréable à recommander pour un séjour à Nice.

Pros: Appartement spacieux, confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Présence de 2 WC appréciée. Bien situé : promenade des Anglais, gare SNCF accessibles à pied et transports en commun à proximité. Bonne connexion Wi-Fi (gratuite).

Cons: Absence de notice sur l'utilisation de la plaque de cuisson et le réglage des radiateurs électriques.

Pros: Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, nie brakowało nam niczego. Kontakt z wynajmująca świetny. Mieszkanie jest czyste i urządzone wygodnie. Zostały nam zapewnione dodatkowe sprzęty dla dziecka, a nawet zabawki. Mieszkanie jest ciche bo jest wewnątrz kamiennicy, przez co nie słychać dźwięków miasta. Bardzo miła, spokojna i czysta okolica.

Super pobyt, szkoda że tak krótko!

Pros: Wszystko było super. Apartament przestronny, pokoje dosyć duże. Dwie toalety do duży plus. Wszystko w apartamencie było co jest potrzebne do wakacyjnego wypoczynku. Taras ładny, można wieczorem posiedzieć. Nad morze bardzo blisko piechotą, a do centrum Nicei kawałek dalej, ale też spacerkiem można dojść w 20-30 min. Wejście po schodach do apartamentu nam nie przeszkadzało. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Mihaela. Polecam!!!

Pros: The four of us (parents with two adult children) stayed for two nights in July and were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and having the second toilet was very helpful. It has a big kitchen with a large table for dining. It is also situated in close proximity to restaurants and the beach.

Cons: You have to be prepared to climb lots of stairs to reach the apartment.
