Charming peaceful haven in the Golden Square

Highly recommended! If possible, we will visit again!

Pros: The location was great - 2 minutes from cafes and bakeries. Walking distance to the main street, dotted with restaurants and shops. Finding the property was very easy, as was getting the key. The owner was very kind, allowed us to check in earlier than advertised, and an hour extra for check out. He guided us to find places to eat and the most important sights. Thank you, Niko!

Great place to stay in Nice

Pros: A well-equipped and clean apartment in a great location. Nice's main attractions are within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available on the day of check-out.

Fantastic stay, everything we needed and more

Pros: Our stay in the apartment was incredibly nice. The amenities are spacious and comfortable — we were a family of 5 plus 1 child, and we had everything we needed to cook, including a dishwasher. The location is very central, close to supermarkets and main sites to visit, and it’s very easy to travel to other cities by train or bus. We highly recommend this place! The host, Nico, was very attentive and always quick to help, giving us many tips for traveling and restaurants nearby. We are very happy with our stay.

Great location and great apartment

Pros: It was easy to find, there was a lift to the floor it was extremely clean, large and great for our use. The bed was comfortable. Owner provided 2 sets of keys which is rare and so welcome

Great location to stay in a very good city.

Pros: The location is very good with many amenities close by. The size of the property was good for 2 Adults, 1 teenager and 2younger kids. Lift access and if you need cardio then always the stairs. Communication with the host was easy as was self checkin. Highly recommend.

Pros: Apartamento amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario y muy cerca al centro. Todo se podia conocer caminando, y a minutos de la estación.
