Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Pros: Location! It was such a proximity to everything! 10 min walk to the train station, 2 min to a supermarket, 5 min to the promenade and old town and shops. The kitchen had everything necessary, including dishwasher tablets, salt and tea bags. 10/10

Pros: Location, location, location. Beside the old town and trams so easy to get about.

Pros: Great location. Good space. There was air conditioning so it was a relief.

Cons: I wish it was cleaner. Wish there was an elevator. Not sure if there is a club downstairs, but it does get a bit noisy.

Gelungener Aufenthalt, aber wir würden wegen der gestörten Nachtruhe nicht wiederkommen!

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Altstadt, Strand, Bus und Straßenbahn sind rasch erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.

Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stock ohne Lift. Im Abstellraum steht ein Regal mit völlig verschimmelten Spanplatten! Leider hörten wir Freitag und Samstag Nacht bis 6:00 morgens Musiklärm aus dem Nachtclub zwei Häuser weiter!

Pros: Очень уютная, красиво оформленная, чистая и светлая квартира со свежим ремонтом. Идеальные кровати и постельное белье, полностью оснащенная просторная кухня. По деревянному паркету приятно ходить босиком. Зимой отопления через кондиционер вполне достаточно. Горячая вода без перебоев. Инструкции по заселению и связь с владельцем идеальны. При заезде была вода, чипсы и бутылочка розового вина, а также вся необходимая бытовая химия и туалетные принадлежности. Большие вместительные шкафы для одежды. Продуктовый магазин за углом. Бесшумные соседи. Полный покой и домашний уют. Полностью соответствует фотографиям Обязательно вернемся еще
