Great place, excellent location, well looked after. Would recommend without hesitation!

Pros: It was a wonderful bright flat with lots of space for one person or a couple. A pleasant balcony and all the facilities we needed.

Cons: It’s in a very nice apartment block with lots going on around so there’s a bit of noise but it’s to be expected in the city centre!

Pros: Wonderfull appartment, with very nice balcony and great location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. When we had a small issue with the door, it was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend this appartement.

Cons: Although we slept just fine, the bed maybe a bit on the small side for two adults.

Pros: Zeer goede locatie. Alles was op loopafstand. De tram en bus zijn om de hoek voor als je naar het treinstation of naar de musea wilt gaan.

Cons: De sleutel moet je ophalen op een andere locatie

Pros: La posizione dell'appartamento in pieno centro, a lato di Piazza Massena. Appartamento luminoso, pulito, in ordine, piccolino ma completo di tutto l'occorrente. La camera da letto non ha finestra ma una piccola vetrata che da sul living, dal quale prende sufficientemente luce. Gradita la presenza di olio, cialde caffè, zucchero, pastiglie per lavastoviglie e per lavatrice (anche se non le abbiamo usate) e una minima, ma sufficiente, dotazione di detersivi. Carinissimo il bar sotto casa per la colazione e nelle vicinanze piccoli market per la spesa. Bello e usufruibile il terrazzino arredato per rilassarsi dopo le camminate in città. Appartamento perfetto per una coppia. Ci torneremo per altri weekend lunghi. Per queste motivazioni ci sentiamo di assegnare un 9 anche se all'arrivo è stata un'odissea...riuscire ad entrare in casa.

Pros: Enchantés pour le séjour dans un bel appartement (petit pb concernant l'isolation), situé idéalement au centre de Nice. Équipement parfait, bon contact avec propriétaire.
