Studio calme Nice hyper centre

Great value for money

Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing. The windows are not facing the street so generally it was very quiet and no noise from the outside. It has a little kitchenette, as well as a washing machine. The room is quite spacious which is nice.

Cons: It’s somewhat impractical to shower as you cannot stand and have to hold the shower head (see pictures of the bathroom). The bed is ok but not great; quite squeaky. We removed some cockroaches which is generally not unusual in old buildings like this yet it was an unpleasant sight.

very good price-quality ratio in the city. Chech in - keys in box

Pros: Very good price-quality ratio in the very center of the city. I was especially pleased that the keys can be picked up with a code lock, so there was no hassle with check-in - the instructions for picking up were clear. There is all the equipment for cooking, even a coffee machine. We were in winter and there was even heating, we definitely didn't freeze. There is also air conditioning, so I think it would be good in the apartment in the summer. There is also a washing machine, which was convenient. The bedding was clean, the pillows were comfortable, there were towels, even a mini shower gel. There were some problems with the boiler, but we quickly resolved the issues with the apartment owner. She corresponded in perfect English.

Cons: Bed a bit noisy. We found a few cockroaches, but that's normal in France.

Lovely studio apartment stocked with everything you need and close to the beach and old town

Pros: Cute studio apartment located just outside the Nice old town. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away, and public transport was also easy to reach (although packed in peak summer time!!!!). Enjoyed the small, but well-stocked kitchen and amenities, and the washing machine was a bonus. Pretty good value for money considering the prices in Nice are on the more expensive side. Would stay again if returning to Nice.

Cons: The property got pretty hot in the late afternoon/night but they did provide a small fan next to the bed which helped. No where in Europe really has aircon though so you just have to accept being on the hotter side!

Pros: Close to the center/beach with trams, trains and everything a few minutes away. Also has everything you need to cook

Pros: It was in a great location with shops/ restaurants very close by It was very clean and came with all the amenities that you need for your stay Vanessa was very communicative and answered all our questions quickly, she was great

Calm place to stay

Pros: I would definitely recommend this place due to location, calmness and facilities at the apartment. You would find all you need for short stay. The apartment is situated just in the Nice city center. At the same time it has easy access to the seaside.

Cons: The only disadvantage I could mention is that the apartment has coffee machine that requires Tassimo capsules. In my case it was no possibility to purchase such specific capsules so it was impossible to use coffee machine

Comfortable and great value apartment near the place Massena

Pros: Wide and clean room, good location (near the Massena), and the very kind owner with high hospitality. Easy access to the old city.

Cons: Shower room drain clogs easily. Need to use it carefully.

Un séjour au calme à Nice

Pros: La proximité - à la fois dans le centre et proche du vieux Nice ainsi que le port. L’orientation ! Nord avec la chaleur c’est beaucoup mieux et l’environnement est calme.☺️

Cons: Rien de spécial - c’est un studio clair et confortable

Pros: prachtige locatie, fijne sfeer in het appartement.

Cons: Jammer dat je niet even snel naar buiten kan, want je hebt geen balkon. Ook een eettafel mist een beetje, maar voor een vakantie waar je ook buiten de deur eet was de bar prima.

Excellent, worth the money

Pros: Beautiful apartment in an old house in very center of Nice, perfect for stay in autumn (and I guess in winter/spring as well - that I'm going to check on the next visit to the city). Very clean, stylish, old fashioned. The host speaks very good English.

Cons: Information necessary for self-check-in is sent on the day of arrival, so remember to arrange access to your E-mail or booking on the day of travel, otherwise it may be very hard to check in. The host may not pick up the phone for hours.
