Fabulous apartment close to old town

Pros: Location was excellent and everything was provided for a comfortable stay: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods!! , washing machine pods, DW tablets. The apartment was spacious and clean. Basic grocery items were in the kitchen (oil, S&P). Spa type grocery store nearby. Handy to the local markets and old town.

Cons: Second bedroom would have been better for us if it was twin beds rather than double or bedding provided for sofa. (Travelling with 6 foot teens). But otherwise absolutely excellent!

Pros: Excellent location, close to everything we needed. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The overall layout and design made the stay very pleasant.

Cons: Host: Throughout the stay, we repeatedly received reminders about the house rules (SMS, booking, links, ...). Additionally, frequent threats to withholding the security deposit (what deposit???), and inspection (huh!?) created unnecessary discomfort. While house rules are understandable, a more professional and respectful approach to communication would greatly improve the guest experience. We are not children who need constant threats, and guests who choose to ignore the rules would likely do so regardless. Noise: There was noticeable noise at night from people returning from parties, even with closed windows, which woke us all up for two nights in a row and disturbed our rest.

Very enjoyable

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. It's in a fantastic location very close (5 -10 minutes walk) from the old town, but without the hustle and bustle. Depite being on a fairly busy road, it was surprisingly quiet at night

Cons: The weather was colder than expected so we needed the heating on. The a/c controls were surpisingly temperamental. It could have been due to only needing the batteries replaced, but it was often quite a fiddle to get them working

LA place où loger à Nice ! :)

Pros: L’appartement est PARFAIT et très confortable. Nous avons adoré son emplacement, tranquille et près de tout. Excellent communication avec Fred. Nous reviendrons c’est certain :)

Cons: Rien - tout est fantastique !

Pros: Endroit très propre, vraiment bien situé, nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille, merci a l’hôte Fred pour sa réactivité sur nos demandes A+++

Perfekt!

Pros: Perfekt beliggenhet med gangavstand til alt! Leiligheten var ren med alt man trenger og det var lett å finne ut hvordan ting fungerte. Vi likte også godt interiøret. Selv om den ligger sentralt er det i et rolig og hyggelig nabolag. Vi likte ekstra godt at airconditionanlegget var veldig stille. Vi var to voksne og to tenåringer og leiligheten var romslig og perfekt for oss. Vi bor gjerne her igjen.
