Renovated luxury cocoon Place Masséna

Pros: Perfect stay! Spotless, fully equipped, and in a great location. Peaceful yet close to everything. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful — couldn’t have asked for more!

Amazing place to stay, in a center location of Nice, 3 minutes walk from Masséna square.

Pros: Excellent apartment, fully equipped, feels like home. Beautiful place to stay, spacious, great kitchen and dining place, nice living room with comfortable couch/sofa for 1 person to sleep. Comfortable double bed, and the bathroom is big, light and offers everything. Masséna square is just few minutes walk, great connection to public transport, stores/shops/bars very closeby, 10 minutes from the beach. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing to mention, just positive.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, moderno, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Posizione centralissima. Dalla camera nel tetto si vede l'alba. Box incluso nelle vicinanze.

Cons: Molte scale, un po' scomodo se si hanno tanti bagagli

Overall this was an excellent apartment for my stay of almost a month.

Pros: The location was excellent, being close to Vieux Nice, the train station, trams and other public transport. This provided a good range of eateries to choose from and easy access to the towns along the Côte d'Azur and many attractions within Nice. It was also easy to get to from the airport. The owner and manager were helpful and accessible. Having a washing machine and drying facilities and a dishwasher plus a small coffee shop next door was also great. The apartment is quirky and reflects that it is located in a typical old French building. The apartment may possibly not be suited to those who are less agile and mobile as the bed is located in a loft with steep steps (unless you use the sofa bed) and the apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift in the building. Personally I enjoyed the climb to the apartment.

The right balance of the price and quality, my right choice

Pros: Отличное соотношение цены- качества. Свежий ремонт, квартира оборудована хорошей техникой, все очень чистое и светлое, никаких посторонних запахов. Впервые встречаю, чтобы апартаменты были настолько наполнены хозяйственными мелочами - подумать не успеешь - а оно есть в наличии. Очень понравилась подборка книг и журналов по искусству, в так же разных путеводителей - с удовольствием читали и рассматривали в свободное время. Очень удачное расположение: центр города - пляж- трамвай в аэропорт - вокзал. Ницца прекрасна!!!

Cons: На что следует обратить внимание, чтобы потом не было разочарований: 1. Нет лифта - если есть проблемы со здоровьем или тяжелый багаж, то подумайте, насколько комфортно вам будет подниматься на 5й этаж (для нас не было проблемой, т.к.путешествуем только с ручной кладью). 2. Ваши габариты (с моими 170 см было совсем незаметно, что есть балки и низкие дверные проемы - ни разу нигде не зацепилась).

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the center. Valerie was incredibly helpful, with quick and pleasant communication, and she even gave us great recommendations. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. If I visit again, I would definitely choose this place
