Overall our stay was good. The location is perfect and the apartment was clean.

Pros: The location was good, and there were two separate rooms.

Cons: The host should repaint the walls. There is a lot of dirty and scratches which are not very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay, owner was super friendly & accommodating! Great location handy to the beach, train stations

Cons: The photos were abit deceiving… we expected our room to be a lot bigger

Pros: amazing location, so close to the old town. the property is everything you see in the pictures, and the check in was very easy. highly recommend!

Pros: Accomodation was new, sleek, clean and had lots of natural light. Location is perfect and walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the old town. Air conditioning works great. Check in and check out was very easy.

Cons: A few flights of stairs and the building is pretty but older, but didn’t impact the overall experience. A great option in Nice!

Pros: + great location, apartment was clean and stylish with well equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage before check in time! - really cold floors, thin walls and no place to hang jackets and towels

It was clean and cozy, the location is great. All in all, great experience.

Pros: It was very clean, it had every information we needed, such as wifi information, manual for setting the couch etc. We had clean towels and dishes we needed, also there is coffee machine with coffee capsules.

Cons: It lacks wardrobe closet, we couldn’t unpack our clothes, and also some hangers for coats etc.

Pros: Great location, close to the beach, tram stop and Place Massena. Beautiful park, a lot of shops +bakeries around. Accomodation was at 4th floor with no elevator - keep it in mind, the room was very clean with big window, nice kitchen equipment,, bathroom was also ok, Instructions to get the room was easy

Cons: I got the Instructions to get to the room with a big delay, I could not contact for 2 hours with owner, but in the end I got instructions, and I was satisifed becuse ownet offered me late check out at last day.

Perfect spot for a couple for relaxing stay

Pros: The location is incredibly good, I believe there is no better area to stay in Our apartment was very clean and well equipped, it was also freshly renovated. Especially the bathroom was really pleasant with good shower unit

Cons: It is small but the size is mentioned in the description so no supririse here For me it doesn't matter much but the appartment is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator

Pros: The location was good out of the hustle and bustle but only a few minute walk into it

Cons: There is only stairs which was fine for us but it is on the 4th level
