Pros: L'accueil parfait l'emplacement parfait. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Une bonne adresse pour passer un ou deux jours à Nice. Pas de problème d'environnement c'était calme

Cons: Les commentaires parfois négatifs sur ce logement. Certes c'est un studio, le mobilier est un peu hétéroclite et vieillot mais pour ce prix et cette situation que demander de mieux. Si vous voulez du luxe il y a plein d'hôtel à 1000 Euros la nuit. Et si comme pour moi, ils sont au-dessus de vos moyens et bien acceptez ce qui est à votre portée et je nommerai un seul point moyen, le lit est un canapé-lit avec un confort de canape-lit

Pros: Отличное месторасположение ,от ЖД 7 мин.пешком,до набережной 15 мин ,,окна во двор,поэтому ночью спишь в тишине.Квартирка хоть и очень маленькая,но есть всё необходимое. оформлена в винтажном стиле.

Cons: На улице +40 и вентилятор не спасает...

Pros: The host is very kind and responsive. The room was free from mosquitos and equipped with kitchen, fridge, fan, coffee machine, private toilet, private bathroom. The room is close to train station.

Cons: I think it's necessary to have air-conditioning but they don't have. The fan could help but the wind is not strong enough. The room is located in a street which doesn't look nice at all, but ok. The building is very old and the room gives a feeling of not very clean. I don't know the market well in Nice, but the same price I got a much better room in Turin, Italy.
