Despite some bad reviews on booking, we still had a pleasant stay. Would recommend for a short trip.

Pros: Fernando was very helpful and the apartment fulfilled our needs. Perfect for 3 days trip in Nice :) location was also quite good

Cons: The shower drain was clogged.

Pros: Disappointing experience – Would not recommend The apartment appeared modern and clean at first glance, and it was fully equipped, which initially gave us a good impression. Access to the apartment was easy, and the check-in process was straightforward, which we appreciated. However, we soon encountered a serious hygiene issue, as we found cockroaches inside the apartment. This made our stay very uncomfortable. The building itself was in very poor condition—almost crumbling—and the surrounding area was extremely dirty. The neighborhood is rundown and quite unsafe, especially at night. I would definitely not recommend this place for a group of girls or for travelers prioritizing safety. The only advantage is the proximity to the train station, and the beach in Nice is about 20 minutes away. Unfortunately, these positives do not outweigh the negatives. I would not stay here again.

Pros: Good size interieur, tidy, comfortable bed, coffee machine, many places to reach in walking distance, easy communication with provider, heating devices for winter visitors.

Cons: Neighbouring flat does not look freindly at first sight.

Pros: The apartment itself is wonderful. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is very clean.

Cons: On the downside, the apartment is located in an old building, and the neighborhood feels a bit unsafe, especially in the evening.
