Charmant 2P au cœur de Nice

Pros: The location was great, good sun light in the flat, fair bit of space and nice building in general

Good value for money

Pros: The property was in a great location, clean , had a nice balcony

Cons: We couldn’t get the oven to work, and communication was poor as asked for assistance but didn’t get an answer

Perfect little home from home in a great city on the French Riviera

Pros: The apartment is a little home from home. The facilities in the kitchen are great. To sit on the balcony and drink a coffee was fantastic. The location is good, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and literally surrounded with places to eat and shop. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower great.

Cons: Not much really- I have to note that the apartment is not expensive to book so my review reflects the value for money.

A perfect apartment even for a longer stay.

Pros: Small apartment with everything you might need. Very well equipped. The balcony was a plus. Location great too.

Pros: Appartement bien situé, agréable et facile d'accès. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant ! Nous n'avons eu aucun problème durant notre séjour !

Cons: L'arrivée tardive est facturée 40€ supplémentaires et doit être réglée en espèces. C'est le seul point négatif de cette offre, une agence de location devrait disposer de moyens plus pratiques pour accueillir ses voyageurs, et le prix est plutôt élevé.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Pros: Le rapport qualité prix est très bon pour l'emplacement. Nous avons pu entrer dès que nous sommes arrivés aux alentours de 14h30 donc c'était pratique. La personne qui nous a accueillis était sympathique. L'appartement est pratique et comporte tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour il est très bien équipé.

Cons: Il ne faut pas trop regarder les finitions et certaines choses sont cassées. Le linge de maison fourni n'est pas d'une qualité exceptionnelle mais encore une fois, pour le prix c'est correct.

Excellent situation géographique !!!!

Pros: Excellente situation géographique: à 3 min à oied de la gare et 10 min de la promenade des Anglais.

Petit cocon parfait pour quelques jours à Nice !

Pros: Idéalement situé pour tout faire à pieds : boutiques, gare, tram et même la plage

Cons: Un petit manque de propreté à l’arrivée Sol non balayé Vaisselle mal lavée

Pros: Everything was perfect. Even though we came in very late, the owner waited for us. Perfect location close to the train station and a quick walk into town.

Pros: Lokalizacja blisko centrum i obok dworca kolejowego Nice-Ville. Idealna na wycieczkę pociągiem np. do Monaco.

Cons: Brak światła w sypialni. Ciasnota w toalecie I w łazience.
