Great location in Nice

Pros: Excellent location right by railway station and very secure despite no safe. Lift access also was available.

Cons: Bed in main room up against a wall hence not good access especially in the middle of the night when requiring en suite facility. Rain shower head not working and sink drained very very slowly.

Very close to Nice Ville station.

Pros: I liked the location. It was close to grocery shops and for getting around. The size of the rooms were decent.

Cons: I didn't like that the lights were visibly dusty, no clothes hooks in the bathrooms, the cooking utensils needed to be renewed and no manual instructions for using the equipment. I would have liked a welcome message included about the highlights of the area.

Well-furnished and warm apartment, with everything you need for a stay and relaxation.

Pros: Very close to numerous restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a fresh breakfast and a fresh dinner walking distance to the train station

Cons: Immeuble annees 60 , qui laisse entendre une voisine qui peut se reveiller plus tot que vous si vous voulez faire la grasse matinee dans la chambre de devant

Pros: Muy comodo y la limpieza. Esruvimos muy a guato. Se agradece llegar y tener el calorcito de la calefacción

Pros: Very good and quiet location, close to the train station, and the city center. The apartment is well laid out.

Cons: Upon arrival, we noticed that the bed linens in one of the bedrooms were dirty. I contacted the owner, who responded quickly, apologized, and said someone from the cleaning staff would come to replace them. However, the issue was only partially resolved: they changed only the duvet cover, not the bed sheet also. The towels are quite worn, and the walls should be cleaned or repainted.

Pros: Trevlig lägenhet med bra läge nära tågstationen i Nice. Tre-fyra kvarter från spårvagn. Bra med två badrum. Tyst och lugnt område. Snabba svar och bra service från hyresvärden.
