Great, would stay again.

Pros: Location perfect for everything, train station 5 mins walk , we went to Menton, Monaco. 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants in Nice, supermarket 2 mins walk around the corner that sold amazing wines for 6 euros, bakery 2 minute walk. perfect location, even promenade du Anglais beach was a 20 minute pleasurable walk past all the yachts. The air conditioning is fantastic the best ever.

Cons: If it was my property I would do away with the middle table that has the tv on and put in a normal bed. The pull out bed is a double, comfy enough for two people, however after 4 nights I needed a proper bed, we did a week, it was comfy but that’s just a personal review.

Wonderful apartment close to everything you could need

Pros: Perfect studio apartment with everything you could need and a gorgeous large terrace, walking distance to the town and port and supermarket and train station ten minutes walk for day trips

Cons: Nothing, all perfect and great communication with host

Pros: The place was near eberything - walkable distance to old city and the beach, couple minutes from train station that can take you to Italy, Monaco, Antibes, Menton and so on. The terrace was nice and AC worked well.
