Beautiful Provencal apartment

Great apartment, tidy, clean, comfortable and well appointed!

Pros: Lovely apartment in old town of Nice, close to beach, market & shopping. Comfortably furnished & true to photos. Good layout for my family of 4 (two adults two teenagers). 2 showers - 1 off each room & 1 separate toilet. Very well appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking ware that was all very clean. The whole apartment was clean. Provided with coffee, dish washing tablets, washing machine tablets too. Highly recommend this apartment. Pls note is on 3 story so worth noting if you have luggage. We were fine with ours but there is no lift.

Cons: The location is great and right in thr middle of a square. It did mean that it could stay quite noisy at night as the noise from adjacent streets carries. But this is fine if you aren't bothered by it. The stairwell is a little bit unpleasant but the apartment more than makes up for that.

Pros: Host was very helpful at check in. Lots of information shared about area. Very comfortable apartment, had everything. Beautiful view over the old square. So close to restaurants and beach.

Cons: Anywhere in the old town can be loud at night.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of old town. Definitely recommend, just wish the A/C was better!

Pros: Fabulous location, in the heart of the old town. 5 mins walk to the beach. Tastefully decorated, very well-equipped apartment that was perfect for a family of four. The two ensuite shower rooms were great. Use of shutters on the windows was helpful to keep the heat out. Friendly team at Bag Guys next door for check-in.

Cons: The air conditioning was only in the main living / kitchen area, and in the heatwave it didn't really make it's way to cool the bedrooms, even with fans on and doors open. The communal / shared entrance ' stairwell to the apartment is shabby, dirty and smelly, but please overlook this as the apartment is fantastic (just wish it was a bit cooler!).

Pros: Very spacious, had everything we needed and in a great location!

Homely Appartment in the heart of old town Nice

Pros: Perfect location right in the heart of old town Nice . Beautiful view of a square the Appartment is opposite the Basicila . One large double room and another room with two singles . Both have good size showers but no toilet . The apartment has everything you will need cable TV they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable like magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms . Keys are collected next door in Bagguys which is very handy . We had a very enjoyable stay .

Cons: We stayed in July weather was very hot weather. The A/C is only in the sitting room but fans are provided for bed rooms . We slept very well comfortable beds but pillows very hard and too high . There is only one toilet but we managed fine for four people.

Agréable séjour

Pros: Salle de bain individuelle pour les 2 chambres. Facilité pour venir en Tram de la gare

Cons: Pour les seniors, 3 étages sans ascenseur un peu difficiles (surtout avec bagage)

Above average apartment in great location but it can be noisy at night

Pros: Very nicely decorated and furnished apartment, with lots of equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, crockery etc) in a great location on Place Rossetti. Easy to explore Vielle Ville (and the rest of Nice) with many bars and restaurants within a 5 minute stroll. The key pick up is conveniently located next door, which was very helpful when we locked ourselves out!

Cons: The bed in the main bedroom is a very small double. Noisy at night at the weekend as revellers leave bars and clubs.

Pros: Beautiful property in the heart of Nice! So clean and spacious, looks exactly like the pictures. 10/10 recommend!
