Great location, great apartment and the best host

Pros: You have everything you need, location is great, 1 min to the beach, everything is clean and the most important part is the host! He was the best host ever

Lovely base for exploring Nice

Pros: Very close to the seafront and in a good location to get to most parts of the city. A tram stop was right outside. Close to shops and a local supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was a lovely space. The host was very helpful and showed us around, how to use the keys, and provided maps of the area.

Cons: There was no air conditioning and it was very hot when we arrived. There was a ceiling fan though, and the host had provided a large and effective floor standing fan. The bathroom was lovely but the shower had to be removed from it's holder to use as it was too low to stand under. Minor points really.

Lovely studio flat in a great location.

Pros: Excellent location, so close to the beach, the tram & boulangerie. Very clean apartment. Christian was a wonderful host.

Cons: Bed not very comfortable but everything else made up for that.

Beautiful apartman in a beautiful place.

Pros: Christian was very very friendly, he shows everything you need to know. The apartman is very close to the beach. Lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Close to the center. Big bathroom, absolutely good kitchen with a lof of tools and a big fridge. Big wardrobe to put your luggage and other staff in, amazing. Nice building!

Cons: Just: little things: The apartman opens to a loud road with constant traffic, so if somebody needs quiet to sleep, I wouldn't recommend this flat. For us, it was ok, and the the proximity to the beach makes up for it. Maybe an air condition would solve this kind of problem. The sofa-bed is really uncomfortable. It would be better to change it to a bed or just take the mattress to floor.

Pros: Christian was an excellent host, he helped us a lot - Thank you! The Location is great located, close to the beach and the Old Town.

Very good, near the Promenade and city Centre 😃

Pros: Very good! You can hear the street noise, but it's understandable. The apartment was clean, everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bus stop and tram stop nearby - you can get to the airport by bus no. 12 and tram L2. The host is very hospitable.

Pros: Very helpful and communicative host - stayed up til midnight to let me in!

I came to like Le Grand Sud despite these things

Pros: Location superb for Tram 2 to Airport, with Promenade des Anglais at your doorstep

Cons: This is a studio with a good sofa bed . 1 BR apartment is a misdescription. An older traveller will not appreciate standing on a chair to turn the main light on.

I recommend this apartment. Host was very attentive.

Pros: Location is super, near to center and 2 min to beach.

Cons: A bit noise because railway station is in front of apartment.
