Pros: The studio room is in a very good location in the city, very close to railway station, beach, restaurants. The room is small but tidy, and enough for two.

Great stay!

Pros: We had such a great stay! It was right between the train station and the nice beach which was perfect! Olga and Svetlana were both so lovely and it was very easy to pick and drop off the keys. Could connect netflix etc to the tv which was also very nice. Thank you!!

Small but comfortable and good value for money

Pros: Great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and metro station. The apartment was clean and scented along with pillowcases and sheets. The apartment is equipped with small fridge, induction plate and large flat screen television. The journey lasted longer than expected but Olga was kind and patient waiting for me to pick up the keys.

Pros: Per una o due persone c'è tutto ciò che occorre per un bel soggiorno. Cucinare, dormire, rilassarsi, guardare il panorama dei tetti

Cons: Le scale sono molto belle, però certo non sono poche. Ma si fanno con piacere alla fine. La porta del bagno dovrebbe garantire un po' più di privacy se si viaggia in due.

Séjour agréable on se sent bien dans le studio agréable à vivre avec tout les équipements

Pros: Studio très sympa bien équipée et surtout bien placé facile d’accès je recommande fortement

Cons: Petit bémol sur le faite qu’il n’y a pas de rideau donc réveil systématique au lever du soleil

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Stil und Ausstattung. Sportlich im 5.ten Stock.

Pros: Ausgezeichnete Lage und Ausstattungsstil. Zum Wohlfühlen. Es kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof Nice Vile, sowie zur Einkaufstraße Av-Jean Medeein. Zu einer Vielzahl an Interessenpunkten in Nice bin ich persönlich einfach gelaufen. Kissenbezügen, Laken sowie die Wohnung waren sauber. Klimaanlage zu haben war überaschend angenehm. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Kein Minus: Kochbasics wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl wären meiner Meinung ein anständiges Plus. Die Couch quetscht, ich vermute, dass es für sie schon schönere Tage gab.
