Pros: The apartment looks newly renovated and It was spotless. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The location is great, being 3 blocks away from Nice Train Station and two or 3 block away from the main shopping street.

Cons: Walls are a bit thin and you can hear neighbors from time to time but it didn´t bother us to sleep.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent location, comfortable and very clean apartment, and friendly staff. We were able to do everything on foot. Great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I’m in Nice again.
