Very good apartment, that the owners look after very well. The location is excellent with popular restuants, Metro stop

Pros: Excellent Location, well maintained, clean, tidy, plenty of hot water, 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, fully equipped kitchen.

Cons: Nothing to dislike Would have liked a safety deposit box/safe to leave passports or iPad in and a balcony you can actually sit on.

Brilliant base to explore Nice and the Côte d’Azur region

Pros: Great location, close to tram stops and easy walk to port and train station.

Cons: One toilet between family of 6 was tricky at times but still would return to stay here

Une super semaine au plus près du Nice authentique

Pros: La situation est idéale entre le port, la promenade des Anglais et la vieille ville, l'appartement est agréable et calme tout en étant dans un quartier très vivant.

Cons: Dans l'appartement proprement dit, tout est bien même si quelques pinces à linge supplémentaires seraient bien venues. Bien que bien organisé et courtois, l'accueil de la conciergerie pourrait être un petit peu plus personnalisé, mais c'est très subjectif.

Fabulous location and spacious and comfortable flat in Vieux Nice.

Pros: Fabulous location in Vieux Nice . We loved the fish restaurant on the corner. Very spacious. Beds comfortable. Easy to deal with the manager/owner.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from unit above. 3 floors up no elevator but not a big deal.

Heerlijke plek midden in levendig Nice

Pros: Midden in Nice vlak bij veel leuke restaurants. Groot appartement met 3 aparte slaapkamers en hele goede airco in hele appartement. Grote keuken en woonkamer en 2 badkamers.

Cons: Eigenlijk alles goed. We wisten dat er geen lift was dus rekening gehouden met traplopen. Als je met de auto bent wel handig om parkeren te regelen. Maar host heeft daarvoor goede tips.
