Live and experience the life of Nice

Pros: From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect—there was nothing more we could have asked for. The front office staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. No question was too much, not even the typical “tourist” questions, they handled everything with kindness and patience. This place has everything you need in one spot. You get to experience local life in an authentic way. The stairs, halls, and entrance reflect the character of an older building, historic, bold, and untouched, which really sets the tone and adds to the charm. Inside, the apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, hair dryers, an iron, whatever you need, it’s all there.

Confortable et très bien situé.

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour flâner dans le vieux Nice et en bord de mer. Tram également à proximité. Appartement très cosy (ne pas s’arrêter à la cage d’escalier délabrée 😏) Accueil très agréable.

Cons: Le sèche serviette de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas.

ひどい目にあった後に喜びを感じさせていただきました。

Pros: 隣のホテルのフロントで受取り、アパートに案内していただいた。最初、建物の入り口や廊下などを見たら、かなり古く部屋も大丈夫かなと思ったが、部屋に入ってビックリきれいにリフォームされていて、エアコン・洗濯機・電子レンジ・食洗器などの電化製品も新しいものだった。特にスタッフの対応も非常に良かった。実は当初Booking.comで４泊予定していた宿泊施設が、チェックイン予定時間から3時間もまたされた挙句、一方的にキャンセルになり、家族4人で、そのあと急遽４泊の宿泊する施設をBooking.com（当然のことながら同社の支援は全くなかった）でさがすはめになり、何軒にも断れ、ニースの人が信じられなくなっていたが、この宿泊施設のスッタフ（もしかしたらオーナー）の陽気さややさしさに触れて安堵した。

Cons: エレベーターが一部故障していて、宿泊階に止まらなっかた。

Un weekend romantico a Nizza

Pros: Appartamento molto pulito e arredato con gusto. Splendida posizione, vicino al Porto vecchio e ad una piacevole piazzetta. Staff cordiale e gentile.

Cons: Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia, comunque gestito adeguatamente.

Apartament zastępczy spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

Pros: Z powodu problemów technicznych, zaproponowano nam pobyt w apartamencie zastępczym. Obiekt spełnił w pełni nasze oczekiwania - był przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja była świetna. Daniel i Kamil z recepcji robili wszystko, aby nasz pobyt był udany pomimo wspomnianych trudności.

Cons: Po zameldowaniu mieliśmy małe problemy z łazienką i internetem, ale zostały one bardzo szybko rozwiązane. Do apartamentu trzeba wchodzić po schodach, co może być problemem.

Pros: Fueron muy amables desde antes de la llegada. El apartamento está muy bien situado para ver el centro de Niza andando y para ir incluso a la playa. Está completamente equipado para la estancia e includo dejan algunos detalles de bienvenida

Cons: El edificio es algo antiguo pero el apartamento está totalmente reformado.
